Mentha is an electric player who pounces on the loose ball inside 50 and can daze opponents on the fly. At 180cm, he’s also able to generate run and drive through the corridor and present as an agile midfielder at times. A lot of polish to be added, but it’s hard to miss him with his engaging style of footy.

Bailey Laurie has completely trimmed down. There have certainly been talk that he's been carrying some puppy fat, but looks like he's worked incredibly hard this off season. Taj Woewodin looks in ridiculous shape for 20 year old kid.

I was against the move from the very start but at the same time I was certainly intrigued in seeing how Goody would make it work. Unfortunately I saw nothing in the slightest that swayed me to even think that it would work. I honestly wish Grundy all the best at Sydney. Really admire Quaynor as a player. Quickly establishing himself as one of the best lock down small defenders in the game. His physical strength for such a young player is very impressive. Won some crucial contests in the grand finald and throughout the finals series.

Debatable. Look, I don't see much upside in Jordon from a skill set point of view, but let's not pretend that Sparrow is much better by foot. Both just as poor as one another. Whilst Sparrow has more penetration and distance in his foot skills, he also had some horrendous turnover by foot in some games. He's not much different to how Brent Moloney was. To be honest, I see more upside in Taj Woewodin then I do in Sparrow and Jordon. Like you, I am also hoping Laurie comes on as a mid/forward because he could really add to the mix with his skill set and agility.

He's not going to be that great of a loss nor can I see him being in their best 22. They've got some good talent coming through their midfield and I don't know where he fits amongst all that.
