Get a proper young ruckman through any junior talent level whether that's through Coates League or WAFL Colts and just let them be footballers first and foremost. I'm hoping we're looking closely at Joe Pike from the Geelong Falcons or Jordan Doherty from Dandenong Stingrays if we're looking at developing rucks later on in the draft. Sam Lalor is the type of midfield talent you can build a team around. Tough, aggressive and ability to score when resting up forward. Lalor adds some much needed midfield talent and depth.
