WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - LUKE JACKSON
Sorry but i just have to post this again. It's ridiculous how insanely athletic he is for a 199cm tall. He's quick on his feet to recover and his follow up work is elite. If we can somehow turn him into a genuine key forward then we have an absolute winner.

Who would you have taken with pick # 3 - recruiters
After the championships, the Stingrays decided to push him up to a wing in the pointy end of the year and see if he could add a whole new element to his game. Within 3 weeks he was moved back to a half back flank because his body of work in the midfield wasn't probably wasn't up to a standard as they would have liked. That's the main query for me. If he struggled to make the adjustment to a midfield role in the Nab league, will he be able to do it at AFL intensity level? Time will tell.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KYSAIAH KROPINYERI PICKETT
He is based in SA full time. Moved there from WA when he was a kid. Another blunder from our very own Ben Gibson..

2019 National Draft: Non-MFC Picks
How so? Have i missed something with Jack Martin to suggest that all of a sudden he is going to Carlton to become a high quality recruit? Same bloke that was dropped to the reserves towards the back end of the year by one of the worst teams this decade has seen. Kemp Is still a big risk imo. What does that say on Hawthorn and Geelong who also passed him up? Two clubs who are known to have state of the art medical teams. They would have factored that in. Not only that but Carlton then traded up to pick 20 to pick up a kid who was predicted to go in the 3rd round. That's a big enough risk right there considering the talent that was still available around that pick. Carlton fans weren't exactly impressed with that selection either. It's just laughable to suggest Carlton are already the big winner is this draft when Fremantle just snagged 3 quality talents in the top 10.

Bergman is seriously overrated in my opinion. Bloke by the name of Fraser Phillips who I'd take over him any day of the week.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - LUKE JACKSON
Is it me or does those highlights when he's clucking those big marks remind anyone of when Mitch Clark was at his best for us back in 2012? We are apparently going to train him into a key forward which excites me even more now.

Just to put things in perspective on people saying that he is a bit of a reach. Hawthorn, Port, and Western Bulldogs are clubs all ready to pounce on Pickett in those early selections in the teens hence why we are set to use pick 10 on him. Hawthorn at 11 and Bulldogs at 13 are the ones who have put in a lot of work into him and ones that also invited him to draft night tonight. I dont think we'll split 10 purely on the basis that he will be gone by mid teens. So yes, we aren't the only ones willing to use an early pick on Kozzy.
