Agree Steve. What i like about this appointment is that he does bring 10 years of coaching experience, a dozen flags and success. He like Gary Pert know what it takes to be a successful club. I know for a fact he had a fantastic relationship with the Hawks players and they loved him. Don't underestimate how big of a loss this is for the Hawks just like when Fagan left them.
