Nate Caddy
10. Nate Caddy Geelong Northern Knights, 193cm Forward The Cats have also been linked to hard-running wingman Darcy Wilson, but marking forward Caddy would be hard to pass up if he’s still on the board. Melbourne also has interest in Caddy, but if it takes Leake then there’s every chance Caddy gets through to the Cats. Given Geelong’s ageing key forward stocks – Jeremy Cameron is 30 and Tom Hawkins is 35 – it makes sense to bring in some new blood. Recruiters believe Caddy has the potential to be a Charlie Curnow-type in time given his aerial abilities, power and strength.

James Leake
I've jumped on board the band wagon of picking him at 6. The more I watch of him the more I see Nat Fyfe similarities. I am no way saying his career will pan out the same way but his freak athletic attributes and strong aerial ability will be hard to match up on. Then taking into account that he's ability to have significant impact in all 3 lines of the ground being back, mid and forward. Very rarely you see junior talent being able to do this at this level.

You can't include the girls into the men's in terms of culture. That's offensive to the girls program. It's Separate. The girls are a very well drilled team which is driven hard by Mick Stinear who's created a fantastic culture for the women's. The boys could learn a thing or two from the way Mick and his team go about it from a culture point of view.- Welcome to Demonland Kynan Brown

Senior list upgrade?- James Leake
Leake is class and skill above Sanders. Sanders is a ball winning machine and is one dimensional in terms of hes pigeon-holed to play one position only. Leake is athletically far more gifted then Sander and has genuine versatility and X factor.- The 2023 Draft and Trade Targets Thread

Yep, Dees both have interest in O'Sullivan and Wilson. Geelong, GWS and Adelaide especially have significant interest in 'Sully' I'm sure we have a range players in mind for pick 11 but that's all I know from up this regional way.- The 2023 Draft and Trade Targets Thread
We have interest in Darcy Wilson from the Murray Bushrangers.- The 2023 Draft and Trade Targets Thread
