Any word on Angus?
You honestly think the reason we lost purely because of the incident? You think Simon Goodwin and the rest of the players are all sitting there blaming the the loss to Angus being knocked out?? Yikes... Not the actual fact that we kicked 7.11 for the night and blew our chances in front of goal? 4 out on the full shots in the last quarter? The incident had nothing to do with us losing the game. It's a separate issue. We lost because we didn't make the most of our chances. Our ridiculous amount of inside 50 entries tells you all that. No mate. He was knocked out for a full 2 minutes. 2 minutes is a long time for someone to be knocked out. This is a guy with extensive concussion history, is currently undergoing a brain scan and will be taking time out to think about his future over the off season as quoted by his Hamish Brayshaw last night. That says enough to me that we won't see Angus at all this year. His health is absolutely priority and I'd be incredibly surprised if he is ticked off to play again this year.

No he won't. They're pretty much ruling him out for the year.

In fairness to the club i think we've handled injury management a lot better then what we did last year. Can't help when you pick up impact injuries in finals. The worse part is even our depth is thin as they're also on the injury list. Someone like a Luke Dunstan would have been handy replacement for Brayshaw and even Ben Brown for JVR.- Injury Cloud over Max & Clarry

This is actually one of my concerns going into the game with the emotional toll it'll have on the players. Goodwin has got the big task of getting the players focus back on track ahead of Carlton. Carlton meanwhile are just quietly going about their business with all the momentum going there way. I hope we're ready.- PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
But he didn't.. We're here to win a a game of footy and our full attention on the night should be purely footy focus in beating Carlton on the night. Our season is hanging in the balance and Brayshaw and the coaching staff will not want to make it all about him on the night. Players mindset should be 100% focus on playing 4 quarters of footy.- PREGAME: SF vs Carlton

It was Max who let Maynard into the house according to Caro.- Any word on Angus?
That's because Lyon to this day still struggles with the passing of his close mate in Danny Frawley. Spuds death hit him harder then the Jim Stynes purely because he knew eventually Jim was going to go. This one blind sided him- Maynard must get at least four weeks
Kudos to Garry Lyon on On The Couch who's the only who with a brain on that show. Did a special shout out to the Brayshaw and Frawley family and that trauma this would be bringing them, only to then put up with Brown and Buckley who were on the opposite end of the table in their argument.- Any word on Angus?
Put money it was Steven May or Jack Viney. This reaction from May sums it up.- What They are Saying at Princes Park - SF
