Mick Malthouse "Demons Culture"
He'd certainly have a sense of what culture is. Of course he wouldn't know the full inside depth of our club but his opinion is based on a number of exposed factors that everyone else has judged us on.

Mick Malthouse "Demons Culture"
Yeah the same Mick Malthouse that is also a 3x Premiership Coach, 1x AFLCA of the year, 2x All Australian coach and a premiership player himself. So easy to spot the cons that ALL coaches carry with them huh..

Hot Future Forwards
Pies once again into a big name player that fits a perfect need for us, while meanwhile we're busy in the background just hussling up this war cheat for Rory Lobb.

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Yeah a certain top 5 pick imo. I don't think he falls to our pick but if we continue to fall further back then who knows.

Andrew Wu (The Age) on our DEECLINE
I'm a big believer that 2023 is up there with 1998 as the biggest missed opportunity of a flag. All the stats in the land had us pretty much the number 1 ranked team of the competition. This is controversial from my end but losing Melksham from our forward line was a bigger loss then Brayshaw. When he went down our forward line lost all its system and leadership. He was the captain we needed up forward to galvanise our set up and then it's he's ability to engage with the number 1 defender to not only take him out of the game but hurt on the scoreboard just completely hurt us. No one will ever change my mind, but absolutely 2023 was the biggest missed opportunity for a flag from our end.

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
A draft stacked with midfield talent is perfect because that has to be our number 1 priority.

Maynard unscathed
Psychologically we are. They're a big club with a huge supporter base that can overwhelm any team going around. Look at the way they drowned the boos out everytime Maynard touched the footy. We don't have the mongrel or killer instinct in our team. We're a mentally soft football club on field and have been for a number of year. When you have guys like May and Oliver who are happy to smile and shake hands with the opposition then it just resonates the soft underbelly tag we've carried for so long.

Time for a Change….Don’t wait another 2 years…
He's a liability. Forget past individual awards but he's killing us in games because he's a turnover merchant who coughs the ball way too easily by stupid dump kicks. He's playing like a sub par VFL standard footballer with the rubbish he's trotting out each week. He's also in poor condition and it shows in games. Other then the doggies game this year he's been incredibly poor all year.

I miss the days of Tom Bugg, Bernie Vince (Dangerfield Ike scrag), Jake Spencer and Michael Hibberd. Guys who were always willing to fly the flag and show a bit of fight.- POSTGAME: Rd 13 vs Collingwood

Then why go and chase him? Myself and many more on here raised concerns around this strategy when it first came out that we were chasing Grundy. It made zero sense at the time even with Jackson leaving. Jackson could at least pinch hit up forward where as Grundy never played there in his life. Tim Lamb record of late has been abysmal of late and he needs to come under intense scrutiny for botching our list management of late.- POSTGAME: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
