A good example of the Peter principle in trying to rise above his sphere of competence. He is very much an outside player with not a great tank. Will have to work very hard to become a midfielder with us or elsewhere.

Jordan didn’t have a great day mostly due to poor disposal, which at times looked lazy and a little bit arrogant. He was surely streets ahead of Vince who has done nothing all year and plays with no urgency.

He says that missing finals has really burnt him inside. He plays like it. Ferocious at the contest.
