Here in lies the major reason for our poor season to date, our experienced midfielders have all to date been down on past years. In 2015 our backline has looked better and with the exception of Dunne & Howe all seem to be having good years. our forward line (when we can get the ball in there) looks a lot more potent with Garlett and Hogan. But Cross(old) Tyson(injury/form) & Vince really need to start impacting games more. Wouldn't it be nice to have a midfield group where 30+ possessions a game and a goal is the norm for all.

Outs: Stretch, JT, Bail , Salem, Spencer Ins: Hogan, Newton, Riley, Gawn, Watts Mckenzie should never play again IMO

Toumpass is a bust lets all move on !!! His lack of speed and spread from the contest is damming, if you were coaching against us all you have to do is put a speedy player on him and bingo its your birthday.

I think your right on the money Dazzledavey !! All 3 are no longer required IMO , sad for Grimes as the captaincy really curtailed his advancement as a footballer , Jamar has been a serviceable work horse and deserves some respect and the less said about the third bloke the better.

I have been saying for 2 years now that McKenzie's disposal was not AFL standard. Nothing on Sunday changed my opinion !!! Scared options to flat footed players to start with and then selfish options to finish ( that shot at goal in the last - lucky to score instead of the pass to the leading forward) Wasted opportunity to get game time into Riley or the Toump

Defensive forward ...... bloke misses them from 15m and cant kick them from outside 40m. Tagger is all. Don't rate this at all but good luck to him all the same. If nothing else it shows that if you play consistently well in the 2nds you will be rewarded and that is a good thing for the culture of the club.

I think we will try and run with an extra mid - Geelong never win hit outs and Sydney always just attempt to half that area of the ground and win the contested ball. Im concerned with our lack of pace to match up against Hill, Pearce etc
