I said it prior to yesterdays game that there was no spot for White, he played well against a bottom side where the condition suited his slow one paced game. Im confident that he wont be on the list next year. Grimes, I've always been a fan but a couple of efforts in the last quarter spells the end... His over run of the ball near the boundary resulting in a goal & his poor attempt at a spoil resulting in a goal. Also what has happened to Vandenberg ? Looks so slow & one paced. Not the tackling machine he was last year.. Maybe the ankle injury during pre season has stuffed his year more than we thought. OUT: White, VDB, Grimes, Kennedy, IN: Frost, Stretch, Oliver, Bugg Would like Watts to spend more time up forward, we need another target other then Hogan... But doubt that will happen

There will be some changes to freshen the side up. Oscar will miss, wouldnt be suprised to see Oliver & Bugg in for Stretch & Petracca they both look like they need a rest. Not sure if Garland, Dunn or Wagner for Oscar

Because if you have watched Dawes for the past 4 years you'd be able to count on one hand the amount of games his actually played well. Like I said earlier, if his role is to jog around, drop marks, miss kicks & literally offer nothing then yeah his playing his role. I just can't see how anyone could watch him and be satisfied with what his dishing up... His 28 not 21, he won't get better. His best football which was mediocre at best is behind. Time for us to move on with Hulett & Weideman... It would be best for all parties if he made the call & said his body isn't up to it anymore.

What was the point then... criticism of Watts has now turned to Dawes ? Well if that's the case I didn't miss the point because criticism of Watts was fairly unfair due to his age & experience. Dawes on the other hand warrants the criticism for his terrible performances with his experience, age & salary....

Watts was young & always had time on his side to produce his best footballer. Dawes should be coming into his prime. 1 goal in 4 games this year... 2 marks in perfect conditions yesterday. The bloke is an absolute dud. If his not dropped this week selection is a joke, further to that he should be delisted at seasons end because no'one will want him. Pedersen is everything Dawes isn't & with Hulett & Weideman waiting in the wings, there is no use for a concrete handed statue on our list

I think you'll find on the official Melbourne FC Twitter page they posted a photo of Jetta taking the training session which is in the video above on Wednesday . The oval looks that dead colour because most local sporting grounds use that type of grass now, dies in winter & goes yellowish & in summer is nice & green. Good theory but don't think it's true
