Whilst it was a shocker on the weekend and the media highlighted when Cale may have jumped out of the way, I was impressed when he made up for that by running with the flight of the ball and took what was coming.

For a first gamer it was a good sign.

There are a few blokes who could look to number 10 for some tips on committment, I wont name names, but 32, 34, 13 and 29 come to mind.

Yes, at least he looked like taking an over head mark, unlike white.

Jones another, he is all heart and skills.

I just wished there were some true leaders around the ball to help, maybe it would be worthwhile for the 1st Q on saturday to let Neitz run around at CHF to knock a few blokes over and clear a path for the youngsters.

The first 15 minutes would want to be pure passion this weekend.

He didnt jump out the way, Robertson called him out of the mark. If we were a smart team Robertson should of called him into the mark and blocked for him!

yes the hand being pulled off the ball was not something he would like to see but all part of the learning curve...

was Paul Johnson another positive?

Don't know if Johnson was a positive. He looks capable but he is so bloody slow, it's frustrating to watch him chase.

Cale was one of the few lights on a dark day.. Its a fair call to say he will only get BETTER... more than a few out there are only going to get WORSE !!

There were probably only 5-6 blokes who could walk off with respect that day...Cale was one !!
