In that era i disregarded the score and wanted to see how we went in the inside 50 totals…(as we often couldn't get it past half way). I vividly remember going to Christian Salems first game versus Sydney, they were strong and professional and he got his first kick and hit a target. The crowd went crazy. Not a goal Not a mark. A simply skill every other team took for granted. Enjoy the ride and Go Dees!

If the official doesn’t say anything …Tex goes about his business and the attitudes to race remain unchallenged. The AFL must increase the penalty. I don’t think 22 weeks is unreasonable.

I have to disagree. You have suggested Jordon and Sparrow are in the wings, Gus is a proven AFL High caliber player heading into his prime with similar aged midfielders to partner....why prefer a yet to debut and a 5 game player (roughly). The lure of youth and picks is crazy. lappin, Black, Voss , aker all seemed to share well enough. Let’s hope we can enjoy the ride. Go Dees!

yes we can be frustrating but I have read Sparrow is limited and no good, for a kid who has played a handful of games, he has energy. His time may come.

Fantastic game! the calls on here to trade him were ludicrous. This is the Oliver that is so good. His willingness to break from the contest was the best thing to change this year.
