And will no doubt kick 5 or more against us to celebrate

Not that i'm judging on one week's performance but imv Viney was a liability for much of the game last week along with Sparrow.

I reckon the odd Brown dog wouldn't have hurt on the short breaks to manage Viney on some of the short turnarounds this season.

Same with Max on the odd short turnaround (TC).

The FD has not 'managed / protected' its older seniors brigade all that well over the last three seasons imv. With some exceptions.

There's alot more to the decision than just 'a new voice'. What a dumbass bunch the AFL press are (again with a few exceptions)

The midfield has been a hugh problem all year one paced lack of skills so what to we do same same again.

Hopefully Pickett kicks a few tomorrow. Would absolutely cement his position in the AA side.

🤔Kozzie might have more chance also... if they left him on 🙄 😉

He’s playing waaay more midfield time now. So kicking a bag is less likely regardless.

Would be lovely to see him kick 6 on Sicily and 10 on Maynard.

We can dream.

Season is far from done Picket

we can throw a serious spanner in the works for both Hawks and pies in our last 2 games. I want to put our best team out and try to win both.

i'm actually dreaming we beat the pies and knock them out of finals.

I'd rather get games into the younger brigade than to daliance with this fantasy view that suggests we will knock of the Hawks and the Filth

I can't but agree. It's literally a fantastic suggestion that we can be meaningful interuptors.

Value of such to us ?? imo 0

Learning something about US .. value something greater than 0

We can be positive or negative.

I would like to see Maynard walking around headless like the Black Knight after a football action interaction

Club have erred badly by not playing Jeffo, Kentfield, Laurie,Woey and Brown, season cooked see what they offer for 2026. This club has been too conservative for too long. I would have dropped Petty, Van Rooyen. Mc Vee Viney and Chandler!

I think you need to stop behaving like the petulant child who didn’t get what they wanted and threw his toys out of the cot.

You blamed Goodwin for everything before, well clearly the other coaches and specifically the forward coach probably realise where your lovechild is in the pecking order.

First of all Petty and JVR have been good the last two weeks, Petty probably played his best game of the season last week and maybe just maybe they are getting some cohesion together with Fritsch, 3rd best functioning forward line since the bye.

I didn’t agree with Jeffo being dropped when Goody last dropped him but there’s no reason to change things now. I’m still unsure whether he makes it or not, shows glimpses and liked his game against Brissy last week but he isn’t exactly banging the door down or showing the intensity and second efforts on a regular basis to demand selection.

You would drop Mcvee, who whilst not at 23 and 24 level is playing better than earlier in the season yeah lots drop him whilst he’s showing better signs and we’re trying to get him to sign.

Viney whilst he has several limitations needed to be in the mid rotation with Clarry if you’re playing Trac fwd more and want to blood Windsor inside against a gun midfield group.

We know what we have with Woey, sorry to say he ain’t making it. I think the line needs to go through Laurie as a mid and he needs to be tried elsewhere he’s not an AFL mid. Brown has endeavour but decision making with ball in hand and disposal are still a way off.

Kentfield I love him, know him, coached against and coached him, he’s coming along nicely. Will not be hampered in terms of development by not debuting yet and getting a full pre season under him. When he debuts, his opponent will know he won’t be intimidated

I like Lever. Interesting bloke. I'll be damned for thinking let alone saying but I just can't see him getting back to full capacity. Been a very frustrating year for him without doubt. Will another ( better) preseason see him right ?

Had him pegged as next Cap but he may be cruelled.

🤔🤞
