And it will go up again next year with kayo premium going up to $46/month this week.

I think you will find the 2026 digital membership price with Kayo Premium at $375 for 12 months is fixed for 2026.

In the second pic I posted, in brackets it says $552 RRP.

$552 / 12 =$46.00 per month.

Unless of course you are talking about the 2027 prices lol which I am sure will also go up!

Yep was talking abut 2027, current membership packs went on sale Nov (Oct?) 2025 so not sure they had locked in the price rise by then.

I'm not going to be getting the 12 month Kayo this year, enough is enough.

They just offered me a $1 for this month deal which I took and if they offer other deals throughout the year I'll take them but this is just extortion and they can suck it.

Other than F1 Kayo don't have a top line exclusive sport. If you were a Collingwood or West Coast supporter with most of your games available on FTA would you continue to pay. You really have to wonder about its viability longer term

Not to worry you OD but a ban on password sharing is almost a certainty in the next two years.

Then they will offer a version with ads and another more expensive version relatively ad free.

Kayo simply cannot make a profit in Australia given the cost of rights that the AFL and NRL have become used to. In years to come we will look upon Uncle Rupert as a great benefactor by comparison.

boom boom - looks like the crackdown has arrived; this was thru apple tv

That's bad because usually AppleTV is the best way to avoid this detection as apple don't send data back to providers. It's the best way to beat Netflix password sharing restrictions.

hit the dismiss button and it went away

but clearly a crackdown on password sharing is coming

I've been reading recently about these messages. Seems they are sending warnings but doing nothing. Needless to say that will change. Hopefully they go the Netflix route and allow the secondary user at a substantial discount.

PS: Targeted advertising a la Google is the new buzzword for streamers. Not sure how they will get the info. I hate the invasiveness of Google. Search a product and bingo it's in your youtube feed for weeks.
