I know English is a fluid language which changes regularly, but someone being described as "in the protocols" is surely some form of linguistic abuse.

So crazy to follow mask and distancing rules for 9 weeks just to slowly wait for everyone to get it. Just have a covid party before round 1. Everyone gets it and Misses one game and then no impact

Aahhh! I’m stuck in the Protocols!! There is no protocol for how to get out!

Listening to Jeremy Howe being interviewed on the radio last night.

I think he mentioned that all bar a couple of the players at Collingwood had been infected with covid during 2022.

Given that the infection rate in the 20-30 age group is 50% at best this figure if true surprised me

  • PREVIEW: Brisbnae

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
