Big result the dogs losing. Finals in 13 days and they look well out of form and their defence is really struggling. They look a lot more beatable than a month ago.

Cats also in poor form.

it’s important we have a solid win tomorrow

Just been out looking at wedding venues and had a sneaky look at the scores.

Wtf is happening today?

Yeah, I haven’t been able to keep abreast of today’s games until now and I feel like I’m in a parallel universe.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the Saints keep this up and run over Geelong and we beat the Crows tomorrow, we lock away top of the ladder, yes?

No. Weirdly Port could jump to top spot.

Saints handling the cauldron of an empty Kardinia Park well so far.

What a let off, junk time goals for the Cats.

Some of the Saints ball movement from the backline was good.

Cats couldn't work out if they were switching or going down a corridor.

Saints playing at a high standard,  can they keep it up?

Usually,  giving the Cats the momentum into the quarter time can hurt.

and try and rest any players who are sore at the same time (whilst still playing to win)

If Max King hurt massive for them. Umpires really influence the games in a negative way. Gave them some momentum whey they deserve it

Positioning themselves for 7th(*). It's the only way they know...

(*Yeah, I know, mathematically impossible, but you get my drift. Anyway, probably no pre-finals bye, so that part of their recipe gone too...)

Mean while around the grounds the blues are in front.

Could this be a repeat of last weekend?

Oh please footy gods.

I dont know which game to watch.

Cheep tv doesn't support split screen.

Third world probs i guess.😁

Edited by leave it to deever

Seriously how was that called a mark

I think the canned crowd noise is influencing the umpires otherwise it inexplicable

Saints looking shaky. Might have to switch to the Port v Carlton game.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

It’s late February. Two teams widely predicted to finish near the foot of the AFL table in 2026 face off against each other in sweltering 30-degree heat deep in outer suburbia in a match simulation with fresh new faces and uneven team numbers. There are no nearby sheep stations on offer; the result promises nothing more than bragging rights for the winner. Nevertheless, the loser appears hopelessly adrift, whereas the other seems to have found its footing after a couple of years of struggle – perhaps a hint at bigger things to come?
