Might need to have a lay down Harmesy, you've made way in the side for J.Wagner.

I am lying down reading this but it isn’t helping

Wasn’t J Wagner recruited purely on being a lethal kick.

Hope he shows it tomoz.

He’s been pretty lethal in the past, sadly lethal to us though. ?

He is lethal at kicking it out on the full

Thought that Josh played a respectable game last night.  Didn't star, but held his own and took some good intercept marks.

There is a nice little moment in this pre-game video on the MFC website of Wagners inclusion being announced to the players.  It think his selection really reinforces good team culture - you train hard and show some form and you will get picked.  Combined with the Bailey Fristch non selection, it's a timely reminder of the standards now in place at the MFC.

Yeah he did well I thought. Certainly better than anything Harmes has done recently and with Hibberd sore he's bound to get another gig.

Happy for him.

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
