Well ... you know... I've always considered myself a bit of a SNAG. A bloke who treats sheilas right.

Have a night out at the boozer and buy them a vodka and orange ( beer after that of course) and then ...... well off we go.

It's all bit confusing now.  I mean ... I wear a kaftan because I'm a sensitive type - not because I'm ... well you know a bit err bent or anything.

Well .. you know.... why would any sheila knock back a night out with Uncle Bitter..

It's just not normal.

It’s threads like this that make me genuinely sad we have segregated the boards - the women played the best ever game last night IMO and we are in this thread… because it is on this board…

SAD!

Good point, I forgot about the AFLW board. I did like having the gameday thread on here before moving to the W board.

SAD!

got to agree about the women's game last night. they have improved in leaps and bounds since last year, imo.  just consider their game to the blues vs filth game.....night and day.

so, take a bow, girls....and a big pat on the back to the coach

Food for thought rp: maybe it’s BECAUSE our women played the best ever game last night that folks are in a lighthearted, carefree mood tonight? I know that’s the effect it’s had on me. And our Casey Dees had a great win today. It’s a quiet Saturday night and maybe some ppl need cheering up. Maybe. Just saying…

What a classic.

Credit must be given to Dwayne who just lets him go off!

Of course he does... switches his mic to mute and heads off for a much needed No. 2s!

Entertainment on a light night

No harm in that, Willmoy. An opportunity to take one’s mind off one’s problems can pop up in the most unexpected of places, like in a footy forum for example. 💕
Especially on a quiet night with not much conversing going on.

You look for the silver lining in clouds don’t you?

Did you ever think that’s where the rain is? Yeah? Did ya?

Nah, I’m with you WCW, just feel this ‘seperate but equal’ stuff is not long for the world.

And one massive part of the club is about to have a big 2022…

I don’t look for the silver lining. I don’t need to, it jumps out at me.

Besides, what’s wrong with rain? Personally I love when it rains.

And the ENTIRE Club is about to have a big 2022. ❤️💙

And rainbows and lollipops and sunshine and unicorns, right? Right. 🥰

Wouldn't it be grand to have the men and the women's teams bring home the bacon this year? Maybe even the 2nds as well!

History in the offing. Mens, ladies and Casey flags in the one season would be cool.

Speaking on behalf of those very intelligent warm blooded mammals we call pigs, I find this statement both objectionable and offensive.

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
