And there is Ben-Ken recall.

Ben Ken for Garlett!   WOO HOOOOOO! Go you beauty! :roos:

Sounds good

Looking forward to the summation by those who were there, and their thoughts on who may have earned a promotion.

You said worst over the last four weeks. He may well have been our worst yesterday but I don't want us dropping match-winners after one bad game.

He was bad yesterday but he has enough credits in the bank to hold his spot.

Easily the worst (still in the side) in terms of averages/output in the last 4 weeks Titan. If he performed reasonably   yesterday i would agree with you. 4 in a row with a horror 4th game in there... Ben Ken time!!! :P

Lucas Cook with a pin point pass to Hulett

and another goal to Kennedy

27mins gone. Sting gone out of the game

I know they are getting done today but West Coast plays Darling and Kennedy up front, both genuine tall forwards. I want to see Hulett or Weideman both given a chance to be that second genuine forward over the course of the year in the ones.

BenKen for Kent makes the most sense imho...

The most likely

No.

Harmes has looked spent the last couple of weeks.

Ben Ken for Harmes is a much smarter decision.

I honestly wouldn't make too many changes from the side that played yesterday... Agree that Jeffy, Kent, Harmes and Oscar have not been great but with Dunn going down today I think we make 1 change only... BenKen for Kent unless injuries force other changes...

OMac needs to keep playing and is less of a liability than Olaf imho

Thanks again from all the game updates from people there.

Both Harmes and Kent were abysmal last week.

Kent improved slightly yesterday, Harmes did not.

Harmes goes first.

If it's wet next week then I'd be happy to keep Kent and rest Harmes for BenKen

Why if wet?

Because I think Harmes loses his effectiveness with a slippery pill... Whereas Kent tackles more effectively with precipitation in the vicinity ?

Newton for Kent....Ben Ken for Garlett

Fair enough.

IMO, Harmes' disposal has been atrocious whether wet or dry. It was no better vs Port last week in the sun than vs Hawthorn. He turns the ball over almost every time he touches it, at the moment.

I think that we can all agree that on today's form and given our opponent next week, we will be seeing BenKen ready to make a statement on QBD... Who misses is anyone's guess

  • REPORT: Fremantle

For this year’s Easter Saturday game at the MCG, Simon Goodwin and his Demons wound the clock back a few years to wipe out the horrible memories of last season’s twin thrashings at the hands of the Dockers. And it was about time! Melbourne’s indomitable skipper Max Gawn put in a mammoth performance in shutting out his immediate opponent Sean Darcy in the ruck and around the ground and was a colossus at the end when the game was there to be won or lost. It was won by 16.11.107 to 14.13.97. There was the battery-charged Easter Bunny in Kysaiah Pickett running anyone wearing purple ragged, whether at midfield stoppages or around the big sticks. He finish with a five goal haul.

  • CASEY: UWS Giants

The Casey Demons took on an undefeated UWS Giants outfit at their own home ground on a beautiful autumn day but found themselves completely out of their depth going down by 53 points against a well-drilled and fair superior combination. Despite having 15 AFL listed players at their disposal - far more than in their earlier matches this season - the Demons were never really in the game and suffered their second defeat in a row after their bright start to the season when they drew with the Kangaroos, beat the Suns and matched the Cats for most of the day on their own dung heap at Corio Bay. The Giants were a different proposition altogether. They had a very slight wind advantage in the opening quarter but were too quick off the mark for the Demons, tearing the game apart by the half way mark of the term when they kicked the first five goals with clean and direct football.
