GAME DAY - Round 16

Gotta ask the question about playing up in NT.. Players looks stuffed

52 points, given the relative ladder positions is not a smashing.

Hogan's Heroes swore he'd leave this place a few weeks back but never did, just ignore it.

What he said has some relevance if you sort through it's stupidity.

We aren't the worst club in the AFL as he said. But we are still far off from being one of the top, like Freo, as tonight goes to show. Geeze we have improved but geeze we are still a long way off. I believe that is what he was trying to say, but lacked the intellect, or was perhaps overwhelmed by emotion.

what I said about Gawn still stands.

One of the problems we have is that the players who have the worst disposal, are the ones who win the most possessions, hence the goal/turnover stat.

Okay 60 plus is starting to look ugly even with the red wine fuzz.

Roos has repeatedly said its mastering defence first then learning the transition to attack. Do commentators research?

Nice spin. it'll blow out.

Tony Shaw has as much clue about free agency as Gerard -what'll the Blues get for Waite in a trade - Healy.

Some idol observations..

- Salem runs around a lot but not much impact

- why play Barry, never has any impact

- love vineys effort

- too many of our players don't want to take responsibility for the kick, always looking to handball

9,290 is tonight's crowd in Darwin. not bad.

YOu have to remember we are playing a top 4 team who were runners up last year. I mean we cant even beat the dogs or stkilda. Why would you think we would beat Freo? If we were 10-4 instead of the other way it would look more respectable.

If in a year we are still doing this then we can worry more.

Plus stupid port lost by 2 points to the bummers because they cant kick straight. what a crap night
