Why no updates.....are we getting pumped

Worst half of football I've ever seen. It's blowing a gale & freezing cold, spilt half a pie down the front of my jumper, I'm going home.

Three quarter time: Casey Scorpions 8.3.51 lead Essendon 5.8.38 with the Bombers having the wind in the final quarter. The breeze is worth 4 goals so it's not looking good for the Scorpions.

Scores level at the 5 minute mark of the final term as the Bombers have done all the attacking.

Hogan off with a knock.

:(

Goal to the bombers who are now 7 points in front. Casey struggling to score and playing an undisciplined game.

Casey just haven't been the same since the MFC took Fitzpatrick off them ;-)

We left them them with Hogan though so it will be up to him to turn things around if he wants a run with Melbourne next year!

Wow such exciting names that have put there hand up for senior selection next week..

Taggert is a very good footballer but needs to be played in the midfield. He is being waisted at the moment but has come off a bad injury last year.

Iv been hearing that for 3 seasons.

Iv been hearing that for 3 seasons.

Pretty good seeing as he's only in his 2nd season.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
