What do all these organisations have in common?

They have all being subject to internal/external crisis and scrutiny, and that is where any similarity starts and ends.

Melbourne Storm and Essendon management have dealt with most issues in a professional manner.

Both organisations give their supporters 100 percent value on field during a crisis.

and then there is the MFC. Stumble and bumble from one crisis to another, give their supporters naff all hope for the future.

We should be building as close a relationship with the Storm as possible considering how close our facilities are to them. I remember something a couple of years ago about training with them but this should be done as much as possible. I'm sure there is a heap we could learn off them, not least more physicality and toughness.

Maybe something could be done with the club regarding membership, ie a joint Storm/Demons membership?

Peter jackson i think will be fantastic for us in this regard, pretty confident there will be a few personal changes and alot of people put on notice

It remains to be seen with Essendon as far as management goes.

I think there is more than enough out there to see the weaknesses in Essendon's management. Regardless of outcome the CEO and the FD head should go.

We should be building as close a relationship with the Storm as possible considering how close our facilities are to them. I remember something a couple of years ago about training with them but this should be done as much as possible.     TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

    Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.     Some veteran Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you the following observations from another Preseason Training Session.     Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership.
