Demon turnaround this Sunday

Neeld told us. He is worried we'll drop off. Show him Sunday.

I nearly always go - call me a masochist... I think just quietly and perhaps stupidly - that we are a chance against the doggies.

Always thought we'd lose the match against Richmond. Perhaps not by as much as we did, and I definitely hoped we wouldn't, but I knew it would be a big ask to beat them. I have a better feeling about this week, especially after WB were demolished by the 'Aints.

Relax, we've got this

SMF What did you drink with Lunch today?

Whatever it was is mind altering.

Next Sunday could easily be the most embarrasing performance in the last 20 years for the MFC.

After we pay tribute to Big Jim and all he stood for we will turn in another performance similar to the last three weeks.

I can see nothing that will change the way we will play.

Add to this the Dogs will see us as the chance to impress there fans after this weekend's game.

Another flogging in the series that we be the 2012 season

The most embarrassing will come in Geelong.

You may be right NSC

Sorry, but after our past 3 weeks, even with Lake out, I cannot see us rolling the Doggies; they are another of those teams that seem to have the wood on us. I'm usually very upbeat about our chances, but I'm starting to get whatever it is that Old Dee is suffering. After watching the way GWS showed some fight against the Weagles, I am feeling more and more disenchanted...as I said somewhere else, I feel bad about giving my 10 year old son a Young Demon membership as part if his birthday present...in retrospect, I think he might have preferred a pair of socks.

I remember a game back in 2003 or so against the doggies where we smashed them even after we kicked 29 behinds. I miss those days...

Don't be so sure. We do play GWS this year, and from watching the game against West Coast they showed more passages of play that resulted in goals in one game than we have gotten all season.

No Jocks might have been better hardtack.

Hardtack the only disease I have is the realisation that we have the worst list in the competition.

The results of last season and the last 6 weeks prove it.

I have said this often over the last year but you cannot pull your socks up if you do not have any on.

Now I will get the usual barrage for being Negative.

IMO it is simple Poor players equals poor results

I was just having a laugh Old dee, I am equally as pessimistic as yourself.

You know what they say, misery loves company.

What about Gold coast they did a lot better job against the Bombers than we will do.

Mate, I've penciled us a loss against Gold Coast. No doubt about it. GWS will actually be a very tight game.

It's a little funny. I hope we have not lost the ability to have a bit of a chuckle..

Not too many around these days

Yes pity we cannot buy Bex these days their sales would be soaring.

Please for the love of god, no one suggest we're going to win by more than 10 goals. Not even as a joke.

I found a substitute for Bex, it's called ice cream with hot fudge and lots of cream, chased down with a bottle of Jack Daniels and a lie down

Stranger things have happened. We might just click. perhaps the Ocean Grove coaching battle will make something strange happen. We shouldnt give up straight away. All indications arent great but you never know...

I used all my (albeit limited) optimism when I backed us to beat Richmond. The tank is empty. I don't really want to think about the Dogs and their [censored] supporters and what will happen on Sunday.

Scully looked good today.

Do you have to turn the knife!!!

I've got the presidents lunch so I have to go; if I didn't I probably wouldn't.

I think we're a better chance against the Dogs than against the Tigers. I tipped against us this week, so my optimism batteries are fully charged.
