The Greens getting smashed was an upside for me.

I'd prefer a very small government of executable officials put on public trial and shot annually.

I'm sceptical of "good" causes and I despise all public advertising campaigns telling  people how to think, act ,behave or believe in an official "idea" that's "good".

I'd like to see the speed limit doubled, the death penalty re-introduced ,(other ) ice dealers shot ,prostitutes given TAFE courses on loyalty to their employer .

I'd like the govt of the day to stay the [censored] out of my life and stop blocking my roads with safety signs and bollards. Or repatriate people to reduce congestion.

I'd like public servants to address me as Sir or My Lord. I deserve it.

I'd like anyone in a govt job for more than ten years to lick my feet and thank me for paying their way. They should also bow and kiss my hand.

I'd like the govt to stop the harassment of men using public advertising campaigns. Most of my friends are men.In fact all because only gay men have female friends. Real men don't for reasons you won't understand .

I'd like public officials ranked and graded after performance assessments and their pay rates adjusted annually.

I'd like to see fewer women in positions of power by -it's not natural- maybe cap a number for them.

I think developers, real estate agents and inner city councils should be sent to re-education camps for 10 years.

State government officials should merely have their pay halved and be put in the stocks for abuses of my money.

Premiers who've been found to collude with Communist backed regimes with say, 25 foreign visits  to the same Country , should also,  of course, be executed.

And you prefer eggs from Caged chooks like I do

Where do I join?

Sure you weren't handling PR for the Tories, Biff?

I believe your next posting in that capacity should be Beaudesert or Ipswich.

Sounds like you'd be a perfect fit for senior advisor to The Donald in the pure white house.

But I will say the mention of public servants bowing to you and licking your feet assumes a drug dealing pimp such as your fine self actually pays some tax... any tax, in fact. Cash is king in your line of work!

Wow what a  manifesto, you seem to have summed up all your ""alternative"" views over the years.

Now I fully understand your core beliefs. Pity they are not in common with a progressive or even stagnant society.

But they should get you a gig in the Senate or Legislative Council in the future.

Although I thought BBO would have been worthy of mention but I suppose his presence has become irrelevant.

Wonder if I could patent my latest invention the ALT. It is the BLT with avocado substituted for the bacon. It is my favourite sandwich and I should make millions with it and can then become the Dees biggest sponsor.

You realise....you can have both....bacon...AND avocado !!

Your full of surprises Biffen or don’t judge a book by its cover or confuse alter ego from ego. Are you Superman or just a loser ? The jury is undecided.

Thought this comment on an article about the never ending Harry Potter spin offs and "special editions" in the Guardian might tickle your senses:

"So I took my kids to The Potter Factory in LA, I spent close to $500 on Dumble Brunch and $80 on wands that light up, but do not kill traffic cops when your car is being towed from a legal parking spot. We spent two nights at the Grindleward Inn, hauntings and visitations were extra, yeah, $100 per severed head and a mental $250 for something called a Budgeon-Fo-Killer-[censored], some kind of spell, basically helium is leaked into your room via the air-con so everyone speaks like mice for an hour or until your $250 runs out. Pathetic! Anyway, I shan't be going back. Eff you, Harry Potter and all your big-eared stupid, hairy mates. "

Me too OD, although its a case where the ego doesn't protect the body against car metal and bitumen. Indeed, the ego would also be a bit dented.

He keeps forgetting that hes not the golden boy anymore.

Have you considered he might have a "death wish".

Anyone who continually rides a bike around Richmond is certainly not the full dollar.

    REDEEM by Meggs

How will Mick Stinear and his dwindling list of fit and available Demons respond to last week’s 65-point capitulation to the Bombers, the team’s biggest loss in history?   As a minimum he will expect genuine effort from all of his players when Melbourne takes on the GWS Giants at Ikon Park this Thursday.  Happily, the ground remains a favourite Melbourne venue of players and spectators alike and will provide an opportunity for the Demons to redeem themselves. EASYBEATS by Meggs

A beautiful sunny Friday afternoon, with a light breeze and a strong Windy Hill crowd set the scene, inviting one team to seize the day and take the important four points on offer. For the Demons it was not a good Friday, easily beaten by an all-time largest losing margin of 65 points.   Essendon threw themselves into action today, winning most of the contests and had three early goals with Daria Bannister on fire.  In contrast the Demons were dropping marks, hesitant in close and comm

    DEFUSE THE BOMBERS by Meggs

Last Saturday’s crushing loss to Fremantle, after being three goals ahead at three quarter time, should be motivation enough to bounce back for this very winnable Round 5 clash at Windy Hill. A first-time venue for the Melbourne AFLW team, this should be a familiar suburban, windy, footy environment for the players.   Essendon were brave and competitive last week against ladder leader Adelaide at Sturt’s home ground. A familiar name, Maddison Gay, was the Bombers best player with

    BLOW THE SIREN by Meggs

Fremantle hosted the Demons on a sunny 20-degree Saturdayafternoon winning the toss and electing to defend in the first quarter against the 3-goal breeze favouring the Parry Street end. There was method here, as this would give the comeback queens, the Dockers, last use of the breeze. The Melbourne Coach had promised an improved performance, and we did start better than previous weeks, winning the ball out of the middle, using the breeze advantage and connecting to the forwards.

    GETAWAY by Meggs

Calling all fit players. Expect every available Melbourne player to board the Virgin cross-continent flight to Perth for this Round 4 clash on Saturday afternoon at Fremantle Oval. It promises to be keenly contested, though Fremantle is the bookies clear favourite.  If we lose, finals could be remoter than Rottnest Island especially following on from the Dees 50-point dismantlement by North Melbourne last Sunday.  There are 8 remaining matches, over the next 7 weeks.  To Meggs’

    DRUBBING by Meggs

With Casey Fields basking in sunshine, an enthusiastic throng of young Demons fans formed a guard of honour for the evergreen and much admired 75-gamer Paxy Paxman. As the home team ran out to play, Paxy’s banner promised that the Demons would bounce back from last week’s loss to Brisbane and reign supreme.   Disappointingly, the Kangaroos dominated the match to win by 50 points, but our Paxy certainly did her bit.  She was clearly our best player, sweeping well in defence.

    GARNER STRENGTH by Meggs

In keeping with our tough draw theme, Week 3 sees Melbourne take on flag favourites, North Melbourne, at Casey Fields this Sunday at 1:05pm.  The weather forecast looks dry, a coolish 14 degrees and will be characteristically gusty.  Remember when Casey Fields was considered our fortress?  The Demons have lost two of their past three matches at the Field of Dreams, so opposition teams commute down the Princes Highway with more optimism these days.  The Dees held the highe

    ALLY’S FIELDS by Meggs

It was a sunny morning at Casey Fields, as Demon supporters young and old formed a guard of honour for fan favourite and 50-gamer Alyssa Bannan.  Banno’s banner stated the speedster was the ‘fastest 50 games’ by an AFLW player ever.   For Dees supporters, today was not our day and unfortunately not for Banno either. A couple of opportunities emerged for our number 6 but alas there was no sizzle.   Brisbane atoned for last week’s record loss to North Melbourne, comprehensively out

    GOOD MORNING by Meggs

If you are driving or training it to Cranbourne on Saturday, don’t forget to set your alarm clock. The Melbourne Demons play the reigning premiers Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields this Saturday, with the bounce of the ball at 11:05am.  Yes, that’s AM.   The AFLW fixture shows deference to the AFL men’s finals games.  So, for the men it’s good afternoon and good evening and for the women it’s good morning.     The Lions were wounded last week by 44 points, their highest ever los
