Er, why?

I sure as he'll know you, Bub and I will be dishing up some humble pie on the Trade Hogan thread should he be traded to Freo!

Haha love it. I was just stirring about those coaches votes tally from a few months back. Yeah well, every player is tradeable and Hogan could net us a big outcome, good discussion on that thread, keep it up ?

Appear we may have some extra room in our salary cap next season. All because Mr Bitters could not find a lady friend for one of our forwards.

I'm too busy trying to find a new maid Frog. Any suggestions?

Uncle I have had to let Conchita go recently as times are tough here in Fitzroy. I believe she is suitably qualified and is still available.

Is this the trade thread, because that is all I am interested in at the moment?

Yeah, I got a couple of pm apologies out of that one, but none out of SWYL, of course. Too busy waving his hands in the air being overly outraged about something that never happened! "Simpson should be ashamed for giving Gaff 4 votes!" Hahaha!

Don't want Hogan to leave, but if he does there will be lots of hissy fits on the trade board and lots of humble pie to be served!

I thought it was a good discussion too and am glad there were some people in it who were sticking to their guns.

Thanks Earl, I'm sure Conchita would be well qualified  with a wide variety of ….. err … shall we say "experiences", unfortunately, there is a no beards policy at The Manor.

I keep my bananas in my jocks, I know someone who put socks down his jocks, perhaps to pretend there were bananas there, his nickname is now sock. As for paint, tell a man there are 300 billion stars in the universe and he’ll believe you.  Tell him a bench has wet paint on it and he’ll have to touch it to be sure. Speaking of which, life is a great big canvas; throw all the paint you can at it. As for febes, well I'm having an anxiety attack wondering what goodies the club will deliver over coming weeks.....num num num.

It would be crass to sully my benefits with the notion of filthy lucre.

Correct! I'm sorry Earl but that bun that Collingwood [censored] wears has done my head in.

No fair enough as we have a no hillbilly/bogan policy here in Fitzroy. By the way Bistro Sou Sou has finally opened for business in Gertrude Street. As you know the former Madame Sou Sou bistro in Brunswick Street never really recovered from your visit some 2 or 3 years ago. Sad affair really but now they are fighting their way back. Great to see.

I think Mr Bitters still has the first dollar he had earned, so money would be out of the question.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
