Ah the difficult 3rd choice..

Patriots

Seahawks

Eagles

FWIW I think the bookies went a bit short on Buffalo. Texans could surprise.

So I've finally been able to relax some...

Rams D was the difference, Seattles D was very good too, but 4 picks by our D was huge!

Our Offence started on fire with 2 td in the first qtr, then I think McVay called a very poor game, Williams was running the ball well but he kept going to Corrum at one point then went away from the outside run late which was where we had good runs.
Time of possession was 37.49 to 22.11 which is crazy, 26-12 first downs for 79-50 total plays and shows how poor our offence was.

But at the end of the day we got the win and McVay has some tape to watch to see how we can get better cs we play in seattle in a few weeks.

Had to settle for highlights of this game, week has been choccas.

It was the most intriguing NFC West game of the year for me so far that didn't include us. I've said it before that I think both teams are good this year but I do have the Rams and Stafford ahead of the Hawks and Darnold. As many games do, this was going to come down to the QB position and not to be that guy but I was right.

I think Darnold has really forged a good career for himself, but there is still the question of getting it done enough in the big moments and this game did nothing to shed that tag. 4 interceptions and all of them were his fault, you can just imagine Cooper Kupp finishing many of his hitch routes belting out an expletive in this game.

There's some things that teams always seem to do well, as if it's in their DNA. Whether it's on defense or offense or developing a certain position. The Rams always seem to excel at D-line and getting after the QB and there was serious pressure of Darnold.

Special mention to Ethan Evans. As good a punt as you'll see with 1:41 left and leading by 2 points. Special teams matter!

Bills, Seahawks, Eagles

Three big injuries this week, Havenstein, Higbee and Lake all on IR now, so that will really hurt for the next 4 weeks, we hope to get Witherspoon back in Dec (hasnt played since week 2)

Darnold played decent and moved the ball better than our offence after the 1st qtr, but we didnt makes the same turnovers, Puka had his first career turnover and that was it. But 3 of the 4 int were bad, one could have been the receiver not flattening out.

The punt... man what a perfect punt, McVay called him out in the changerooms after the game which was great.

At Seattle in a few weeks will be crazy hard to win.

McVay needs to get the run game going again for that game cos they shut it down a bit and also the 13 personnel but the 11 personnel worked well enough, Adams 1/8 wasnt great, he should have caught one of them, but Stafford was off his game even though he was kept clean.

Look Darnold had a serviceable game minus the turnovers. You generally want guys like him to succeed in the NFL because they are likeable and it sounded like the team really rallied around him. He just has that habit of slinging when the pressure dials up and making the right decision or throw in that moment is one of the more difficult things as a QB but you'd want him to take that next step and minimise turnovers in that scenario.

I'd have given Evans a game ball and I don't usually give them to players who make one good play! Who doesn't love a good coffin corner kick, it is 'football' after all!

Your run game seems to be on the improve with Williams showing some burst and around 7 yards a pop.

He deserved a ball, it was a game winning play and his other punts were good.

Run game has been better since the 13P set up, easier to run with multiple TE's out there.

It definitely helps to have a RB in decent form to keep the run defense honest in that setup. Or really any setup that leans on play-action passing.

I think Mina Kimes summed it up perfect in her tweet.

Cowboys Eagles is coming down to who kicks themselves in the groin last

Ha ha I loved it.

Rams taking care of the Bucs, Clinical first half.

D once again came up big, Stafford and the O were on fire early and did what we had to in the second half to close the game out.

The greatest player in the history of the game was celebrated AD99!!!!!!!!!

@Gorgoroth

Rams/Tampa game was over early, there again, I thought the same with the Eagles/Dallas game

Stafford has to be red hot favourite for the MVP. 29 TD's & only 2 Int

Goff is 21 & 4 so both teams have done well out of the swap
