Rams win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Give me Stafford over Darnold in a playoff pick'em any time.

The Rams D was absolutely ferocious in the first half. Vikings interior line just couldn't handle what was coming, it felt like Donald was playing!

How far can they go? They'll likely be on the road for the duration so it could really bind them together.

Do you think Willis would have given you the best chance of winning Macca?

I'm afraid you're right about the Eagles though. They're a scary defense no matter who is at QB.

Not really,  layz,  but Love wasn't 100%

Eagles win anyway and I reckon they can go all the way

But no game is a gimme.  A turnover or 2 in this sport can change the course of any game.  So the Rams next weekend are in with a shot, no doubt

He's quite mobile from what I've seen.

Plus Gemini AI in Dr Google seems to think it was a sure thing!

I think people have been a little hard on Darnold, he had no protection and they didn’t seem to call many short quick throws to help him.

AD was at the game too, so the D prob scared to play badly! 😂

The Minnesota tackles aren't but the work from the guards and centre was amongst the worst I've seen. When your QB is sacked 9 times there's something wrong.

Darnold has had a decent season and has proven himself for sure but for neutral tipping and betting purposes I'll take the other QB 🙂

Chiefs 13+

Lions 7-12

Eagles 7-12

Ravens 1 - 6 should be a beauty this game. I reckon the Lamar Jackson / Derrick Henry double act will be the difference.

KC 1-6

Detroit 7-12

Rams 1-6 (honestly think the Eagles will win, but cant tip against my boys!)

Buffalo 7-12

I honestly think this game will be in the 1-6 category and a belter.

I hate that place in the snow.

I read Stafford is 1-8 outdoors in the cold/snow, but as they writer also said, that was mostly with Detroit.

Buffalo is being listed at -7/-11 for the Sunday evening game (with snow showers)

Scoreline might be minimal!

Yes and we know what those seasons were like.

Peyton Manning is an undisputed legend but I remember so many big games in bad weather that he didn't perform in. It almost became an omen when the TV broadcast started and you'd see him warming up with the rain coming in sideways and cold as ice.

Chiefs 7-12

Eagles 1-6

Lions 1-6

Bills 1-6

Do give the Commanders a real chance

Detroit 7-12

Eagles 1-6

KC 7-12

Bills 1-6

Bills/Ravens game to be decided by an error in the snow?!!?  Hard to split them otherwise

And the Rams are a real chance as is Washington (if the Commanders can somehow stifle Detroits offense)

By the way, the 3 favoured home teams with either the Bills or Ravens combines for 30-1 if all taken at the 1-13 bracket

#GambleResponsibly

rubbish personal foul call against the texans turns a chiefs punt into a 1st down. Texans fuming and rightly so.

Texan defence playing well. 2 stops in the red zones to limit chiefs to field goals

Calling it now, who ever wins out of Buffalo or Ravens will smack the chiefs. With the refs help or not.

  • PREVIEW: West Coast

It was bad enough that the Melbourne Football Club created yet another humiliating scenario inside its wretched season at Marvel Stadium last Sunday, but the final insult is that it has been commanded to return to the scene of the crime to inflict further punishment on its fans this week. Incidentally, if this match preview, of a game that promises to be one of the most unattractive fixtures in the history of the game, happens to cut out of your computer screen three quarters of the way through, it’s no coincidence. I’ll be mirroring the Demons’ lacklustre effort against St Kilda from last Sunday when they conceded the largest last quarter turnaround for victory in the history of the game.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.

  • CASEY: Sandringham

The Casey Demons rebounded from a sluggish start to manufacture a decisive win against Sandringham in the final showdown, culminating a quarter century of intense rivalry between the fluctuating alignments of teams affiliated with AFL clubs Melbourne and St Kilda, as the Saints and the Zebras prepare to forge independent paths in 2026. After conceding three of the first four goals of the match, the Demons went on a goal kicking rampage instigated by the winning ruck combination of Tom Campbell with 26 hitouts, 26 disposals and 13 clearances and his apprentice Will Verrall who contributed 20 hitouts. This gave first use of the ball to the likes of Jack Billings, Bayley Laurie, Riley Bonner and Koltyn Tholstrup who was impressive early. By the first break they had added seven goals and took a strong grip on the game. The Demons were well served up forward early by Mitch Hardie and, as the game progressed, Harry Sharp proved a menace with a five goal performance. Emerging young forwards Matthew Jefferson and Luker Kentfield kicked two each but the former let himself down with some poor kicking for goal.
Young draft talent Will Duursma showed the depth of his talent and looks well out of reach for Melbourne this year. Kalani White was used sparingly and had a brief but uneventful stint in the ruck.

  • PREGAME: West Coast

The Demons return to the scene of the crime on Saturday to face the wooden spooners the Eagles at the Docklands. Who comes in and who goes out? Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic.
