This Is poor.. Who's looking after the ground?

Surely that half forward line is a joke!!! :o

On the plus side, it seems Bail and Martin are alive (if the Martin named on the I/C is the same one that played for us once upon a time).

Did Blease and Tapscot make the reserves team?

Both Blease and Tapscott are playing in the two's...fantastic news!

From vision seen if these two get fit & healthy won't be too far down the track before seen in demon red & blue.

That Casey forward line....almost looks stronger than the Dees!

Congratulations to Tom McNamara for winning this week's Demonland Missing Player competition.

[to be eligible the player must not be named in the MFC team or a Casey team and, at the same time not be on the official injury list]

McNamara takes over from our previous Demonland Missing Player Stef Martin who has now been located and resumes this week at Casey after taking a month off for no particular reason.

Previous players of note to win this coveted award include Rohan Bail and Sam Blease.

This award should not be confused with Demonland Surprise Injury of the Week, recently won by the likes of Gysberts who became injured after being dropped from the side.

I almost think I would prefer to watch that side than the firsts.

Nice work WJ.....can this be included within the voting each week? We have a great record of players that go missing.

That would be correct.

Sylvia-Jurrah-Morton - half forward line.

What time will the Casey seconds play?

Might do the trip to Gosch's and see the demons train at 10am....see who is/isn't there. Then head over to Chirnside.

Excellent initiative.

I'd be surprised if Max "the Phantom" Gawn( Going Going ....) isn't a regular winner of this award down the track

It certainly is. Chirnside Park (Watton Street, Werribee) is now named Avalon Airport Oval.

There are lights at the ground so I assume the reserves are on after.

For those not attending the Scoprions game it is broadcasr live on Casey radio 97.7. I find it easier to listen live on the internet from 2pm. Morton, Jurrah, Maric Sylvia, Strauss, Warnock, Bail and Miller playing.

Blease, Tapscott, Martin are in the reserves game at 5-45pm. (not broadcast).

I think PJ also qualifies this week, does he not?

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
