What a shambles, absolutely disgusting coverage....shifter keeps turning around trying to watch the draft like we all want to do. WTF! Who the hell wants to hear from Lindsey Gilbee. MORONS

what a fuckin joke who cares what number lynch was drafted in 86 radio for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

who is this woman interviewing? she is terrible? asks stupid questions, uses too many cliches, its a joke.

what sort of question is, he has just got a big pay rise, are you going to put in an order for a christmas present?

Do they know the Draft is on.

Is there a Logie for Worst Coverage of a Live Event.. if so Fox Sports have it sown up.

S.E.N I must was great, Foxtel are FU#K@N Shitt.

Would of thought theyd interview more coaches.

I turned off after Dunstall asked Scully, "What are your plans with the money?"

What kind of question is that?

Pathetic! Like others I aborted it part way through and went to the radio.

Noticed at one stage they had continued with the draft but the coverage just ignored it, you could hear them calling out names in the background but nothing on the screen. Too busy talking to Gillbee.

It was awful. They were very late in getting that thing at the bottom up. So I kept hearing cheers and wondering what the hell happened. Why can't they just friggin talk between each friggin round?!

I couldn't stand looking at Paul Connors and his smug face. Why anyone signs with him is beyond me. Likewise Pickering.

The person I felt for most apart from us idiots that watch the coverage is Shifter Sheehan

The man lives for this day , knows everthing about every player, strengths weakness, family history, what the clubs want etc.

He would have had detailed notes on every player waiting for his chance to show his stuff

poor bastard got stuck on a panel with dunstall lynch etc talking about back in the day and anything but what was going on.

even worst for him he had his back to the action you could tell he was [censored] off

he looked like virgin who finally thinks he is geting some action and then his only rubber breaks

Haha.

But yeah, I really felt for him too.

He had His eyes fixated on the screen in front of the panel the whole time and was just itching to talk about each and every pick. It was a disgrace.

worst coverage ever.. i wont bother with Fox next year thats for sure.. what a joke

Didn't think it was all that bad, a lot better than listening to it on the radio and listening to Andy Maher's banter in between picks.

It was pretty annoying thats for sure. Once they got the first 10 up that was it.. except for the riveting interview with Tom.

I couldnt miss that but I agree that we wanted to hear more about the new recruits and not past ones. A short rundown might have been ok but it was more about the egos of the panel than the event itself.

I think we should all email Fox and tell them what we think. It prob wont change a thing but my motto in life is - If you dont ask, you dont get", Most times u dont get when u do ask as well, but I figure if welet them know our thoughts they might make some changes for next year.

All I really care about is who we picked and very glad we didnt take Ball although I did have my heart in my mouth for a sec when they called Melbourne pick 18.. Luke...... Tapscott..

Phew

Another vote for terrible coverage

Might as well of been watching some arbitrary show with the picks going across the bottom of the screen

I wont be watching next year

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
