Laud BP when justified but credit where credit is due.

As far as I'm concerned, they're finally making all the right and tough decisions that the others never could. Obviously, as Dan says, we cannot truly judge our current recruiting team until 2013/14, but as I say, the MFC thinking has never been more in line with my thinking before and for this reason, I'm excited.

As for Cameron walking away, I realise that, but it sounds a lot nicer to say we got rid of him. :P

Still gutted.

Will be hating the fact that come the first game we play v Carltank that a heap of idiots will boo Chooka.

I will never BOO a former MFC player, I just wish them well when not playing against us.

Jolly, Thompson, Travis, Farmer, Woey and even Chris Johnson, they wore the RED and Blue and we loved them.

Good Luck Chooka.

Brock is now a Carlton player and will be treated as such, he will get the same treatment as any other Carlton player.

That's football.

He would expect it and so he should after walking out on the red and blue.

woohoo.. i was worried carltank would back out on their word, but straight swap brock for 11

Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out, and i think we can stop calling carlton carltank, you know about glass houses

Having the crowd boo you every touch, as condemned 84 suggested may happen, isn't the same treatment as any other Carlton player would get.

REALLY REALLY REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS TRADE. I can see us doing a Richmond when they got 5 picks in the top 20 and screwing it up. DAMN DAMN DAMN

well for starters that would have to mean the standout two players in the draft will end up being spuds

wont happen

I didn't think that was what he was suggesting, it's not what he said.

I will be looking very much forward to Pick 11's debut.

I'm very happy that we have 1,2,11,18 to be brutally honest.

Yes I Totally Agree, Last year we Got Frank Grimes for TJ Win/Win pick 9

This year i expect the same with pick 11- A future Champion. It's a tough Sport Footy & i want to support the Winner.

Brock was not going to play in september for us again, so we part ways amicably...Good lets move on....

Just glad we didn't KowTow to Carlton & give them extra. Stuff that.

Craig Cameron resigned his post at MFC. Its too early to start toasting the recruiting team we have now but I hope you are right. For the record the list we are building now will include many of Cameron's selections up to 2007. Grimes,Frawley, Martin, Garland are all from Cameron's era.

With reference to balance perhaps you'll now list his failures.

Good Luck Brock and thanks for the memories. I hope you have a long and successful career at Carlton.

That said, all bets are off, when you line up against us you become the enemy.

That's all well to say, but what happens when Trengove or Scully hit their prime and want to move clubs? We get a pick 6-10 for them and the whole process starts again.

Bloody joke of a club. Would have preferred to put him through to the PSD Mark Williams style.

My God you are an hysterical child.

The trade is a win. Brock was surplus stock.

Bloody joke of a poster.

Nah you would trade him for fools gold like Newton and think it was a massive coup.

You're as predictable as the sun rising in the east. You have shown no faith in the Mfc, all you do is criticise or make ridiculous 192 cm - like statements which show you up none other than a complete goose. Why on earth should Mfc not be compensated for the development and 6 years of work put into Mclean at Melbourne?

The club is not a bloody joke, if it's anyone it's you.

pick 11 will be extremely valuable we get in with 3 first round draft picks before the top 6 teams of this year get a look in I really think

now the deal is completed you can lock Scully and Trengove in.

We should be lucky enough to get a really high quality KPP for 11 and a good KPP for 18

This still didn't stop me from spewing when I saw Mclean in carltank jumper in the sun.

That's gonna take some getting used too.

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
