Just thought i'd give the guy some praise...............cos i haven't seen anything mentioned about him from the brissy game.

I thought he was fantastic, i was at the game and made sure i kept an eye on him.

19 touches and 3 tackles..............he is fast becoming one of my favourites

I also thought he did well...although some of his disposals were a bit rushed and led to a few mistakes, but his work around the stoppages was again good.

He did some good things, but I thought his disposals were pretty diabolical at times. People were having a go at CJ's disposals when Valenti's were far worse.

I agree. From what I saw, he lost his feet a bit too (although he did stand up in a few tackles).

With Moloney and McLean out for the count, I think he'll get a chance to secure a senior spot, though.

Good luck to him.

His ability to stand up in a tackle is superb. Great balance and except for a silly kick across goal early it thought he was very good

That was a definite highlight of his game on the weekend. His tackling and enthusiasm was stood out as well. Actually, the tackling and defensive pressure was a major feature of the entire team. Terrific to watch.

He's an interesting fella isnt he. He defies his stature in tackles...seems to be smeared with ball glue..lol. I think he's stil lfinding his way at this level but he's getting there. As others have noted he's been a little less than perfect in disposal but thats getting better unlike someone else I could mention ;) )

Whilst the execution of ideas remains to climb to higher levels the ideas and vision itself is pretty good. He seems to know where to put it..even if it doesnt happen perfectly yet.. As he settles and this betters I think he may prove quite the little general out there. He has a bit of a footy brain this lad :)

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
