I don't think I have seen enough of Tyson - never seem to spot the kid when he gets the ball. Viney I think will be a star (wish he was 2-4cms taller).
-
Probably has already been posted somewhere in here but:
-
Then Lynch will have to get two weeks for causing injury (being in the way)
-
Have you tried the "subscriptions" button on the top of the page?
-
Not a techy - but is it possible you could put a traffic cap/limit on the site for now - and give first preference to members (encouraging people to join). Thats probably to complicated and would tick a few people off.
-
I am guessing when the ads come back?
-
Maybe you could come to an agreement with the club and advertise the MFC sponsors (New Balance/AHG etc.) on the site and in return the club gives say $50/100 a month. Love your work Demonland, Nasher and all the others
-
I don't think the AFL would risk increasing the ban - purely because of the uproar it would create
-
Probably will be - but there is a chance the AFL will crumble under the pressure. Unfortunately for us we have no choice - if we want to be a hard respected AFL club we simply must appeal this.

The midfielder, who said after the hearing he was thrilled to escape a suspension and "was just playing the game", will now be available to face the Demons after the Tigers' bye this weekend. An off the ball intentional high contact is "just playing the game" - hilarious! For those who haven't seen it: \http://www.afl.com.au/video/2014-05-06/the-verdict-round-seven

VITAL WE GET THERE SATURDAY NIGHT!

Everyone can rock up to the game with pink tutus - can kill two birds with one stone. Support BCNA and protest for Viney. -
I liked Vineys bump, and Dawes tackle and grimes spoil
-
"Not at any stage was I trying to bump - I was purely trying to brace myself for impact," he told the Tribunal. "It happened in a very short space of time. There was about half a second where the ball could have bounced either way." AFL legal counsel Jeff Gleeson proposed Viney could have "spun out" of the impending collision, rather than bracing for contact. Viney said there "was not a lot of time to think about complex manoeuvres like spinning". Is this guy serious? Viney would probably have a broken neck if he had 'spun out' or we would be accused of tanking I am guessing this guy has never played football.

We have discovered the AFL is a joke - does that count as new evidence? I guess not

MELBOURNE midfielder Jack Viney has been found guilty of rough conduct by the AFL Tribunal and is suspended for two matches. Viney was sent straight to the Tribunal after his bump on Tom Lynch broke the Adelaide forward's jaw. Many believed Viney should be cleared and the verdict has sparked immediate outrage. Former Hawthorn great Dermott Brereton said on radio - moments following the verdict - he would not attend the AFL's Hall of Fame dinner in protest. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-05-06/tribunal-finds-viney-guilty I love the support of the AFL community
-
The AFL will find some way of turning an appeal into a 6 month long investigation - from which their conclusion would be "well theres no real definition for a fair bump"
-
I remember quite a few demonlanders thought we paid overs (think it was pick 20) maybe it was but thank god we did given Clark and Hogan.
-
Actually played as a midfielder in his juniors - so I expect thats where they see him but he does seem versatile. Attacks the ball hard and has some speed.

Just when it was beginning to slow down - I expect that to go up by a thousand if we beat the doggies -

James Frawley (toe) – test Jesse Hogan (back) – indefinite James Harmes (lung) – 1 week Max King (shin) – 4-6 weeks Viv Michie (jaw) – available Jake Spencer (ankle) – 3 weeks Jack Trengove (foot) – season Jack Watts (back) – test good to hear Harmes is only one week away - I see something in that kid
-
I remember going to watch him for the first time - didn't set the world on fire stats wise but you could just tell he was a leader (sitting high up in the G). Big presence on the ground and does all the 1%ers. Many lost faith in the big fella but with an injury free year and Hogan by his side we could have a dangerous forward line (pity - Clark, Dawes, Hogan would have been the forward line of the century)
-
I think he definitely will be considered if Frawley doesn't pull up (misson says he is 50/50 - so like Hogan I guess that means indefinite). Jamar and Gawn could alternate up forward with Jamar rucking 60-70%. We have yet to see Gawn really make his mark in the forward line (needs to use his height) - Jamar can kick a goal. I think its important to have at least a couple big forwards to even the load (Dawes).

Yes - I thought you were being sarcastic but couldn't help myself
