  1. Can't we instead call something more like the 'fearful arts of Brutality'.
  2. When Silvia and Moloney were in the team most of our team had a poor work rate. Not sure why your mentioning that with those two. And they were hard, they could crash pack When Silvia and Moloney were with us, most of our team had a poor work rate. Not sure why your mentioning that. And they were hard, they could smash through packs and hold tackles. People were loving Bugg's work, then as soon as he get's out 'Bugg'd' we turn on him. Clayton Oliver is great under the packs, but he has a way to go before i'd start calling him hard. He's courageous.
  3. To me there seems to be a trend where fans favorites are usually nice boys. Players like Bugg, Kent, Silvia and Moloney to name a few, may have issues with club rules, but having had too passive a playing list for so long surely they should be encouraged not condemned. In my opinion there's a club bias towards clean cut players like Oliver, Watts, Trengrove, and so on. Quicknote, I'm not slandering those players just mentioned. 'When the going gets tuff, what do we sing!' Thoughts?
  4. It's hard not to find your last two comments infuriating.
  5. I think he's better as a forward. Oscar definitely doesn't have it as a defender.
  6. Dusty's awesome, but whey're lucky to have Petracca. He's a similar player.
  7. Dusty's a classic!!! Cool and real dude!
  8. Fraklin Should of got goal of the year in my opinion. Without a doubt.
  9. And they generally just give votes to the on ballers.
  10. Haha, good one! but you left out phoney, manicured, tarty, ridiculous, self promoting, boorish and cringe worthy. Hehe
  11. The hypocrisy of the reaction to Bugg's hit on Mills by Sydney players and the AFL still infuriates me.
  12. Zac Jones is thuggish, like quite a few Swan players. If you watch they're games you'll see that they're constantly elbowing, pushing, wrestling, ect off the ball. They've mastered doing as much physical damage as possible without giving away free kicks. The way they treated Johannisen at the SCG this year sickened me.
  13. It looks like Adelaide are the best team. So i think it's most likely they'll win. Richmond are harder to evaluate. I wrote them off many times through the year, but definitely enjoyed watching them play. I hope Richmond, but think Adelaide have a stronger list. Go Tigers!!! Do it for Victoria!
  14. Yeah the fine penalty is a issue for him.
  15. I hope Sloane and Cotchin play next week. I really wanted to ask the question about Sloane's bump to gauge if there's a bias against Trent Cotchin. Both bumps made connection with the head. Yet it seems nobody's criticising Sloanes bump.
  16. I agree. If you climbing high on someone there's a temptation to injure your opponent with a knee, or by landing on them. Sling tackling can be cruelly delivered. Probably good to get rid of a potentially violent form of tackling. It seems tackling is really just holding, or trying to dislodge the ball now. I've also noticed you don't seem to be able to push the ball carrier from any angle now.
  17. I noticed. Unprofessional. I think the AFL and channel 7 are more interested in promoting themselves than a inconsequential goal.
  18. And to add to that, some players want to collide and takeout their opponents that they're high flying on.
  19. I think it the analogy is pretty good. If you consider that Cotchin is definitely planning on smashing into Shiel's, you still have to determine whether he meant to make high contact or not. In my opinion.
  20. Haha, good one! I'm not sure either. Again a bit head contact. I definitely think it was a dishonorable hit. The temptation for Sloane to clean Danger up must be great.
  21. A lot of us have been debating Trent Cotchin's collision with Dylan Shiel. What do we think about Rory Sloan's bump on Patrick Dangerfield?
