Would not be fussed losing both Lever and Oliver at this point. I know people have been justified with their criticism of Fritsch for the bulk of the season but we’ve seen recently how damaging he can be. I think it would be very foolish to let him go, I think with a new coach and relevant gameplan he will be back at his best. Another player I raised earlier was Buku Khamas from the Dogs, currently just outside their best 22, he’s 191cm, fast, can take a grab and reasonable set shot. Would cost bugger all to get him and honestly what are our other options. I’d like to see him up fwd with Fritsch and Melksham, very dangerous trio if the delivery is right to an open fwd line. Trac and Viney are keeps for me, we can’t get rid of everyone, it will set us back too far and we don’t have to.- Trade Targets
I know May is getting on but he’s quite versatile over his career, hopefully he can play for another two seasons. I’ve wanted to give Turner more time fwd but if he is to stay in defence we are quite strong there and are set for a while with Turner turning 25 next year & Petty 26. May on the other hand is 34 next year.- Time to go Goody?
What good does waiting until seasons end do? If I’m an undecided player I’d like to know now.- Time to go Goody?
Trade out Oliver & Salem yes.- Time to go Goody?
Hopefully gone by morning. Take CEO / President out of it for a minute, you know you’re gone, you’re going to get paid, just make it smooth.- Time to go Goody?

Simon says I’m staying so stuff you all. Pay him out and be done with it, I’ll throw in $250 to kick things off.- NON-MFC: Round 20
And yet many think a 19th & 20th team is sustainable in this competition, it’s only going to get worse.- Time to go Goody?
Is it? Ok what about the relevance of last weeks game against Carlton?- Time to go Goody?
I agree in part, kicking skills is one thing, running to space to receive & running to create space is another and requires no kicking skills. I’ve said many times before this year, not all of Collingwood’s players are great kicks but they do the other things so well, plus their effort and pressure is normally pretty good. We need to stop making excuses, it’s been Goodwin’s list for a while now, he needs to take ownership.- Joe Daniher
We will go nowhere until the FD is replaced.- Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Barrel “the first time now the second time”, this has been going on for years….- Time to go Goody?
In addition to this the saying in footy it’s not just who you play but when you get them, ie after a short break, after a bye, multiple players out injured. But at this time of year most teams are starting to hit their straps yet with us it’s almost like we reset every week and any momentum gained the week before is completely lost. We cannot use youth as a reason which could be understandable with some other teams.- GAMEDAY: Rd 19 vs Carlton

Worth every cent.- NON-MFC: Round 19
Such a stupid rule, a bloke attacking the footy is completely different from deliberately taking someone’s legs.- Where is Fritta Going?
What do posters consider to be more challenging, playing midfield or playing fwd? Add to that playing fwd in a team that plays the way we do. I missed a lot of sundays game due to work commitments but some of what I saw in the second half was we seemed to open the fwd line up a bit. In the upcoming trade period our chances of landing a dominant key fwd are zero and our chances of landing a serviceable one are remote. Having both Fritsch and Melksham in our fwd line makes us dangerous so long as we’re playing a certain way. Trading Fritsch would be madness.- We’re not as bad as you might think
And there we have it.- We’re not as bad as you might think
Considering our draw, no.- Forward line fixed (for the time being)
In the trade thread I floated Buku Khamis as a potential trade target. He’s 190cm tall, quick, can take a mark and from the litter times I’ve seen him a reasonable set shot. Limited opportunities at the Dogs but can play and shouldn’t cost much in terms of a trade. We need to be realistic about our options considering where we currently find ourself.- Time to go Goody?
They were failures, all we had to do was not bomb the ball inside fwd 50 every single time.- GAMEDAY: Rd 18 vs North Melbourne
