To me it can only be one of two things, the coach has lost the players or the gameplan is outdated and not working and the coach / coaches are doing nothing about it. The players know where they’re at in terms of premiership window, i’d be frustrated if I was playing at the club. We can keeping citing top 4 finishes the last 2 seasons but that’s starting to wear this. Again as an example, look at the way Collingwood took the game on in their on Friday night.

Considering our list, last 3 seasons including 1 flag and two other top 4 finishes (the back to back straight set exits were hard to swallow) today for me is on par with 186. Today’s result was more than embarrassing, we are a joke of a club right now. Our last 3 weeks says a lot, beaten by the Eagles, a scrappy win over the hapless Saints and today’s destruction at the hands of Freo. As alluded to by others there’s something not right inside the club right now because we are obviously not as bad as we’re playing. Todays lack of effort was a statement by the players, todays loss requires more than just a review of the game. If Goody has lost the players he has to go straight away, we are currently spiraling out of control. Look at how many players Collingwood had out on Friday night and look at how the played, speaks volumes. Absolutely no excuses, none.

McAdam couldn’t make the distance the last 2 weeks but that was put down to learning the Melbourne system.

At times like others I find it amusing when people are corrected on their misspelling of players names and other times I’m simply too tired to care. Please go easy on me as I had a sheltered childhood, I’ve spent my whole life thinking laconic was another word for lazy, wearing grey on grey was socially acceptable if you were going to the gym and in primary school I was chess champion only to have in my late 30’s, my 15 year old stepson return from school one day to challenge me to a game and perform a move known as En Passant. I had never before heard of this and thought I was being duped, a quick google search proved that this was something else I’d gotten wrong my whole life.

I’m nine years away from having the time that some on here seem to have, by which point the game will probably be stuffed anyway.

In the post game thread a couple of posters mentioned that he had 6 tackles, I was actually looking at that myself because it didn’t seem like that. He comes across as very laconic, I was hoping for another Flash. As for flying for marks, during Sundays game there was one instance where Kosi flew first and McAdam flew next and both were nowhere near it, comical.
