Pick 25 for McAdam
We’ve had a pretty strong side for years, players like Harmes & Jordan couldn’t get a game. We need to remember there are 18 teams, some players drafted here knew from the outset they weren’t going to be starting 22. Who did we miss out on? Additionally if a kids been good enough they’ve played as we’ve seen with McVee. There’s only so much talent in the competition, this is why a 19th & 20th team will not work.

As for a trade not being able to get done. I don’t think that was the case. Jeremy Cameron went to Geelong for picks 15, 18 & 25. Dangerfield went to Geelong for picks 9, 28 & Dean Gore. If Trac still wanted to be traded I think a deal would of gotten done, we wouldn’t of liked it but it would of got done.

How much of this can be attributed to the Max Factor?

Pert and Roffey - The Review Thread
Not sure if already mentioned but from the little I’ve heard / read Roffey did a great impression of Kimberly Cheadle at her congress hearing. She subsequently resigned shortly afterwards.

I’d rather just send them this, doubles as the reason some of us don’t want him.

Meaghan & Harry.

Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
And a lot of handballs. We need elite users of the ball by foot. Speed to boot would be a massive plus.

The games changed, the last season and a half, is more fast paced. TDK has a bit of LJ and X factor about him. McKay is an older school fwd who is no stranger to the yipps. TDK & Gawn can rest fwd and rotate through the middle.

I wouldn’t either if I was Carlton, but McKay is a plodder. If Carlton is happy to let McKay that tells us enough. Got to give something good for Trac, TDK and their first pick.

TDK 26 in July, 201cm Harry McKay 27 in December, 204cm I would personally take TDK.

Did you read the part where he said “he’s not buying mental health as he reason behind Trac’s silence”? You’re all over the shop. Three of you last night tried to shut me down yet I thought I was the only one putting fwd a constructive suggestion (read my response to Luci), that is if he is really struggling. Mental health is real and affects different people differently but just because that it’s cited as a possible reason for someone’s behaviour doesn’t mean it’s true and doesn’t mean it can’t be questioned. Nothing I wrote was out of line. And as for posters thinking others are self entitled for wanting to know his plans, that’s just normal every day work expectations, giving your employer notice if you intend to leave. Most 9-5 jobs are 2 weeks, management type roles can be up to 1 month. Highly paid sportstars on million dollar contracts many moving parts can take weeks if not months.

If I was in his circle and believed that he was suffering mentally I would personally encourage him to step away from any social media all together. No doubt social media has its benefits, he could post on his accounts and keep them limited to family and friends but he chooses to make them public. So as for is his social media work good for his mental & emotional health? I would say yes if it’s just for family and friends and no if it’s to be made public. What benefit does he get from making them public other than financial? He’s still getting paid and paid well by the MFC and has an obligation to the club first before any secondary sponsor.

As a human, a parent, a partner, a friend or even a colleague of someone, you don’t need a degree or qualification in anything to come to the conclusion

At best if he is suffering mental health issues he would best served stepping aside from those obligations and forfeiting the money because his health is the most important thing? He’s still contractually obligated to the MFC his primary employer. The MFC is giving him time & space, so am I to assume these companies that are paying him to advertise their brand aren’t?

Health before money, thats if his health is an issue.

Exactly, I don’t need to post on here any personal experiences I, or someone close to me may or may not of had to give my post more weight. If he’s currently experiencing any mental health related issues would he not be best served from turning everything off? These opportunities have only presented themselves from his career as a footballer with the MFC.

Just to clarify are these the same mental health issues that allow him to post adds on his socials?

Can’t remember, but it wasn’t food. Can’t expect people to buy “that’s his release”. He’s doing it for the money, football is his primary source of income. We can agree to disagree.
