  1. As short as $1.75 on TAB for top 4.
  2. Laughed really hard at the above then realised I could be your neighbour. Are you anywhere near the Northern suburbs of Melbourne?
  3. Certainly helps a lot when arguably 8 of your most important players can stay healthy for a long time. Games Missed since the start of 2017. Rance - 0 Astbury - 1 Grimes - 1 Cotchin - 1 Martin - 1 Lambert - 1 Nankervis - 1 Riewoldt - 2
  4. Keisuke Honda signs with Melbourne Victory. Only 32 and will offer plenty IMO. Interesting to see if Victory break the 30,000 members. https://www.sbs.com.au/news/soccer-japan-s-honda-signs-with-melbourne-victory
  5. How can Adam Simpson come out and say he’s not sure that was an intentional hit? David King interviewed Gaff in the rooms and asked if it was a brain fade or an accident. Gaff didn’t make any excuses in reply, said he will be dealt with during the week.
  6. Anyone watch the full presser from Goody? Have the news going on in the background and overheard a snipet, something about where we sit Round 23. Didn’t even realise they were talking about us until I heard that.
  7. If Melksham is unavailable I’d bring Kent in for Smith. If Sydney decide to get tricky and bring another ruckman in to utilise Sinclair as a forward which they have done with some success in the past we could be stretched down back. JKH might have to be the other out for Pedersen in that scenario.
  8. That amount of force could have done serious damage even to the chest. Only two weeks ago some wanted Hawkins done for pushing down on Fritta’s sternum. I don’t care where Gaff was aiming nor does Brayshaw right now.
  9. Da future.....right there. Bonds are strong.
  10. Slightly off topic, awesome mark by Walters today. http://www.afl.com.au/video/2018-08-05/walters-mark-of-the-year-contender
  11. The force was strong enough to cause a broken jaw. If he was aiming for the chest region the damage inflicted could have been just as serious.
  12. Totally, heart rate didn’t register a single beat over 60.
  13. Just had a look at their page on Big Footy. A couple of doozies in there. Wasn't any malice in it, was clearly trying to hit the pec, Brayshaw changed direction and lowered his body.
  14. Listening to the SEN call of the Freo game and one of the commentators was trying to find an incident that’s similar to Gaff’s. He came up with the Bugg hit and stated that he got 6. I believe it was Gossage that replied “ Yes but he had form”. What form did Bugg have with the tribunal? One fine for interfering with an injured player prior to his only suspension. Incredible, trying to talk it down Gossage you fool.
  15. May must be a late in. The announcer just blurted out. “ Here come the Suns, led by their captain Steven May”. ?
  16. Seriously, cheer up. First you said it was the St Kilda loss that ended our season, now it’s the Cats loss. Your negativity is constantly on display, it’s like you want the club to fail and for the record the odds for next week are as follows. Dees $1.45 Sydney $2.75
  17. Sheesh....it was hard to sleep last night after watching all those games yesterday. The last 3 Saturday night games on 7 have been a treat for the neutral. Hint, hint AFL. If Freo can throw a curve ball today and knock off West Coast.....well....strap in folks. Eagles travel to Port next week.
  18. Let’s get the job done today Dees and set up the last 3 weeks. We have a taste for it now. No fuss, no frills. Just win. Make other teams worry about us for a change. All the best Vanders and well done Bernie on your 100th in Red and Blue.
  19. For those interested, the Dogs have outscored the Saints 85-12 since the 7 minute mark of the second quarter.
  20. Classic Jenkins. Said post match he thought ball touched the post. Definitely went through the goals as you can see the shadow of the ball goal side. Wouldn’t have a clue if it snuck the post though.
