  1. 8 of us sitting in a Hawthorn bay and they were relentless with abuse. A...holes!!! Wadda We Sing!!! This is all I have left...
  2. Feel free to prank....even if it’s the best man ( Hawks fan) at my wedding.
  3. So far, it looks like the bay we’ve been allocated is full of Hawks, this should be a lot of fun and as I type this I received the following text....
  4. Where’s @Wiseblood we need him to tell us this is the best Game Day thread ever, like last week.
  5. Best Bet. Royal Randwick Race 5 Number 2 Pierata $3.30
  6. Took an early start this morning, so pumped now after listening to a bunch of motivational songs on the way to work. The bosses think I’m here to actually work, that’s not gonna happen! Game On as they say. Come on you wonderful Dees!!
  7. Wow, two captains saying bye to the Suns. What now for the club? This is very messy, they can’t attract top tier players, they only lose them and I feel a bit for Dew now. Do they just load up with draft picks and make it an inception year all over again? There was some talk Anthony Miles might end up there but he’ll have no one to kick the ball to.
  8. Was feeling pretty nervous since the teams came out but a caller to SEN from Thailand of all places calmed me down a tad a short time ago. Said we were the kid that’s been bullied non-stop growing up and now we are a muscly 18 year old and it’s vengeance time. Finished off by saying Hawthorn will have their neck snapped tomorrow night. Let’s hope he’s right, although he sounded like he had guzzled several Singhas.
  9. He should get Roughead, did a great job on him in Round 4 despite the fact Roughead kicked a couple on him in junk time. Was just about our only winner that day. Another young gun signed up.
  10. Click on match stats in both ours and Hawks game. https://afltables.com/afl/seas/2018.html
  11. Received ours yesterday Jaded, mentioned it a few posts above but done some more reading since then. The pic isn’t very clear sorry, these are the priority groups. Registration time for priority one is 8am - 12pm Wednesday the 19th should we beat Hawthorn. Priority 2 is between 1pm-5pm on the allocated day and Priority 3 is between 6pm-9pm on the allocated day. 2018 GF ticket prices. Prices vary from Cat 1 $410 to Cat 7 $180. Restricted view/Standing $150. Basically we need to register within the time allocated for your priority and that has no bearing on what category or tickets you’re allocated. Credit cards are required to have sufficient funds on the day as the system will charge the cards without notification.
  12. It’s been the norm all year binman. @It's Time standard routine for goal kicking or around the corner shots?
  13. Not to rely on this but we’re running hot the last 3 weeks with the thread, a friendly reminder for this week B_R_&B
  14. I didn’t like my omen at work yesterday. Was sent to complete a task so off I went to select the necessary equipment. The most essential tool was labelled with the number 087, a couple of ‘accidentally’ pressed buttons and it’s fair to say this won’t be back out on the floor for another few weeks.
  15. Ha Ha, I could’ve opened with that binman, Gus couldn’t say much else really, but I like hearing it nonetheless. Jesse played a huge part to get us here and I think I mentioned it in just about my only post in this thread a while back. On 360 last night the hosts discussed the ‘trade’ option and Robinson stated Jesse isn’t worth 2 first round picks. I wouldn’t even know and don’t really care what a viable trade would look like as I’m so against trading him.
  16. Whoa, when did this beauty of a thread pop up? He can outside run his way to Punt Rd or the Eddie Centre.
  17. Brayshaw scoffs at suggestions that Jesse should be traded on the AFL exchange podcast. Brayshaw labelled the storyline ‘a very, very knee-jerk type of reaction’ and was confident that a Melbourne forward line of Hogan, Weideman and Tom McDonald could function successfully in the future. "It was a terrific performance (from Weideman), but people are very quick to discount the amount of work that 'Hoges' has done for us throughout the season. He’s been a superstar for us for a very long time," Brayshaw said.
  18. Looms as a great day for racing Macca. Wadda has ventured overseas so the best bets could be limited this week. Santos is set to resume on Saturday. $3.60 second pick with TAB. Connections have targeted a big race in Melbourne for the spring. Agree with you on Unforgotten and Le Romain, you’d think one of those two will fill second spot.
  19. Margetts, Rosebury, Razor?
  20. Received letters in the mail this morning from the club with information regarding Grand Final ticketing. It’s an AFL directive, the club is obliged to send out the info when 6 clubs remain and not a case of bathwater slurping. Forms are enclosed about guaranteed ticketing and ballots. Anyone else receive letters?

  22. How did he enjoy feeding off the atmosphere and energy created by the Melbourne supporters at the G?
  23. Unfortunately not pd. She was told by a friend and as far as I am aware she’s not an insider either.
  24. Lucky it wasn’t this way.....
