Please allow me to apologise Earl, the festivities started early today.

We don’t care much for these teams but this is a tad freaky.

Oh man, a little a bit of faith in the kicker, around a 57 yarder was it for the Browns should they have attempted the FG?
-
The Browns v Ravens game is a beauty, tense finish coming up.

Did ‘Redzone’ say Foles has gone down to the rooms with the trainers?

Exciting start to the late games. Broncos commence the game with an unsuccessful onside attempt and we’ve seen 4 picks throughout the games within 5 minutes.

Demons are the team to beat in 2019: Champion Data

Excuse the bump, wasn’t sure where to post this. The AFL.com writers have ranked the backlines for the upcoming season. I’ve read the bolded part below about 10 times and I’m almost certain that’s completely wrong. The 104.5 was our points for, right? 3. MELBOURNE At the start of the year, Champion Data had the Demons' defence ranked second in the League. The addition of Jake Lever, alongside Tom McDonald, was set to further strengthen the backline. But all of that was thrown out the window when Lever went down with a serious knee injury early in the season, and McDonald was swung forward with much success. The Dees leaked goals this year. In 2017, they averaged 87.9 points against, but that blew out to a competition high 104.5 in 2018. With Lever to hopefully return mid-season, and the addition of former Suns skipper Steven May, Melbourne’s defence should be in much better shape come next season. http://m.afl.com.au/news/2018-12-29/who-has-the-best-defence-we-rank-every-club -
Too early to start predicting crowd figures for Round 1? 40,000 plus would be a nice start.

On Ya Max! Wonder if Demonland4276 receives an invite to the wedding?

Sounds good. There’s not a lot on Macca, some leagues are having breaks. My specials are early tomorrow morning. Italian Serie A for both games Sunday at 01:00 Lazio v Torino Lazio Win/Over 2.5 goals $2.50 Parma v AS Roma AS Roma Win/Over 2.5 goals $2.40
-
Oh no, cash outs are evil. I can never get them right.
-
How do you want to play this @Macca? We talked about Pick 3s and it looks like Wadda is out for a spell. Do we go 1 each or one of us places 2 selections and the other 1 and then alternate the following week?
-
Soft at the finish Macca. Well done on the exacta, healthy divvie. A winning double for the crew here today. Good job, play money for the EPL tonight, which reminds me to head over for some monkey business.
-
Good luck to El in the next, a bit of PL happening here as I didn’t put its stablemate Khartoum in my quaddie.
-
Well done Macca. Despite the market drift, it really was effortless by Alizee.

Hail Mary time. Lions, Eagles, Colts

So, it’s a tad quiet in here. How many goals will Big Mac kick next season?

It’s become very interesting Macca, a few questions are starting to be asked about City’s defence. Without watching the full games it’s hard to say where they are going wrong but from a few of the mini match replays I’ve been watching they have been on the end of some cracking goals against them. Townsend against Palace, Pereira against Leicester, world class goals. There’s hope for Spurs fans, red hot at the moment and as you point out, Liverpool needs to drop some points. Games against the ‘ Top’ clubs could go either way but Spurs fans would hope the likes of Wolves and Leicester which have proven stiff opposition of late can take some points off The Reds. Draws against the lowly clubs have probably cost Spurs in the last couple of seasons and they seem to have fixed that issue this season. Must admit I’m not the biggest Liverpool fan but credit where it’s due, seems they got some signings spot on and that defence as you point out seems impenetrable.

No love for Melksham? I think we need to enjoy the Milkshake for a few more years also. Sign him up.

I’m sure he’ll be as hungry as ever Swyl, didn’t mean to sound like I was disrespecting Lewis. Exciting isn’t the first word you associate with Lewis and you rightly point out his worth. He’s proven durable over a long career and he will give himself every chance to cement a spot in the 22. Hopefully the fierce competition for spots will see us find the extra gears we seek.

Gosh, for a moment there I thought you had too much fruitcake over Xmas and were talking about Lewis, then I remembered to scroll up.
