At our stage of list development, I view it slightly different. I believe that our management/coaching staff view our list as "in the window" for a flag tilt. As such, I think the mid season draft will be used to pick up a player who they think may be a future star, not a current day fill-in. Fill-ins probably wont be of use to us this year.
