I honestly think The Bounce is the most embarrassing garbage I've ever seen on Australian Television. Maybe it's aimed at primary school kids. I'm not sure.

At our stage of list development, I view it slightly different. I believe that our management/coaching staff view our list as "in the window" for a flag tilt. As such, I think the mid season draft will be used to pick up a player who they think may be a future star, not a current day fill-in. Fill-ins probably wont be of use to us this year.

Every middle of the road team needs across the board player improvement to become a real threat. Salem is one of our most improved this year and as such a large part of our current ladder position. His 1 on 1 contested work has improved out of sight, particularly his contested marking.

Fritsch is as good defensively as Melksham. Lucky he is a valuable attacking option.

Watch for the filthy ex-Sun to go after Mays eye. Would not surprise me in the slightest. Fritta back is good as we were a bit toothless until the Hawks folded. The Tigers don't fold.

It's such a nice change for the Dees to be playing for the "now" and not the future.
