I so hope you are on the money here. Maynard would be a brilliant fit for our list.

You're young, aren't you?

If you are not old enough to remember the Daniher years, our form line over the past 4 weeks is a step back in time. Up and down, up and down. This just blew the trust I had slowly gained in them. Would anyone be surprised if we fall apart at the seams now? Essendrug would be licking their lips.

Sadly, Delist. Can't get a kick and can't hold a mark to save himself. His angry face is elite but that's about it. -

Dr, I'm suspicious of everything that comes out of a University when it comes to the topic of "racism" as they are a bastion of leftism. And leftists absolutely LOVE talking about race, whereas most of the plebs are so tired of it. Racism is disgusting regardless of who it comes from. But hyping it up endlessly does nobody any favors. And "academics" are guilty of doing just that. This is one of my favorite vids on YouTube, along with a couple by one of Hollywoods greatest actors, Denzel Washington. It's important to stare down overtly racist behavior, but i like Freemans thoughts on it. It is interesting that he is being interviewed by one of the most racist hosts on American television. -

All of those "qualifications" and yet still can't grasp the fact their are only 2 genders. Game, set, match. -
Nah, the pimply doofus is just a spud defensively. Saying otherwise would make me realise how much we will miss Burgess next year and that makes faulty sad......

To base a "paper" on a survey as crude as this one would be an embarrassment. Everyone's opinion of what constitutes a racist comment is different. If you want to really research, wouldn't you ask much more in-depth questions? -
Yes, surprised the Zorko effort hadn't been mentioned earlier. I watched the replay 20 times and thought it must have been the viewing angle that made him look closer than he was. For a youngster like Sparrow to have time to drop the ball cold, wait for a teammate to hand it back to him before taking his time to slot the goal was surprising.

That is maybe 3 embarrassing efforts in 5 seconds. Disgraceful for a professional sportsman.

Interested to know if you took the survey? It didn't look very scientific at all to me. -

The survey asks about racist comments from the crowd. Yes I've heard racist comments, including from indigenous people towards the "white dog". (Admittedly that was years ago now) I'd bet that in game racist comments are extremely rare now, as it would be immediately brought to people's attention or even recorded by the TV audio. But in the crowd, I'd say it still happens. From ALL race backgrounds. -

That is the very first thing that crossed my mind when I read "academic at the University of South Australia" and "research on fans' views of racism in the AFL". Would expect the academic already has an end point in mind and is simply looking to fill the spaces in between. Took the survey anyway. Is not very in depth. In fact it seemed incredibly shallow. Of course their is racism. Is it a big problem in the AFL? Not now that Eddie McGuire has left the scene. The stuff he was allowed to get away with was astonishing. That is where the O.P should start with his survey. -
Dragging up old posts by the dozen simply to big note yourself is not free speech. It's trolling.

Show us all of the "positivity" you posted last season in games we were then belted in. And Jesus Christ, what sort of person spends his afternoon copying/pasting anonymous comments from a supporter forum just so he can have a win in life?

WELCOME BACK TO DEMONLAND: TAYLA HARRIS

That kicking action is bloody magnificent. In my eyes the only true "elite" kick in AFLW When I read that she was considering leaving I wondered if we would have a shot at her and hoped that we would. Lets hope she returns to her best form as it would make us far more dangerous. Welcome back Tayla. Excited to have you on board again. -
This is the year that we FINALLY seem to have almost all of the pieces together for a genuine shot at a flag. Does anyone on here really think that Weid is a Premiership quality tall forward or do you think he can make the Grand Final team as a decoy, or a "take a tall defender so somebody else doesn't have to"? He is currently showing bugger all. Hold your damn marks or leave is my opinion. This is not the year to carry someone with an eye to the future.

Rating 2021 team Against 1998, 2000 & 2018

I'd venture to say the current coaching group would have issues with Robbos defensive efforts, although I'd have him every day of the week over Fritsch. And Febey in for Hunt.
