I can recall Jordan Lewis saying in the media earlier this year that Kade's concussion issues were so concerning that even brief flashes of sunlight weren't ideal. Its unlikely, but I hope he's able to fight his way back. He could slot in nicely on the other wing, or could potentially move to half back to allow a Salem/Rivers type to run in the midfield.

Not every trade is going to be a game changer. With Preuss leaving, and with only the still developing Jackson and Bradtke as the only other rucks on our list, our ruck depth could seriously be tested if Max went down with an injury next season. One year extension for Smith sounds about right considering our defensive depth looks a bit flaky at the moment. OMac is seemingly on the way out, Hibberd isn't getting any younger, Jetta is on his last legs and Hore is coming off an injury riddled season. Very happy about Sparrow and Petty. Expecting both these boys to become senior regulars next year.

If true, I can't place why Tommy would feel the need to put on more weight post 2018. He was already very solid and was regularly winning 1 on 1's against key defenders.
