  1. Top 15 shockers it could NOT get worse 1- fumbles fumbles fumbles on a dry day 2- turnovers turnovers turnovers that killed us 3- missed tackles and no tackles (34 total tackles wtf) 4- goalkicking was very very very poor Weid Tyson Anb Spargo Gawn all missed sitters from 20 metres out or on the behind line 5- contested footy. We were pushed again. Aside from Harmes and Oliver. 6- pace was not there. We looked slow at times 7- handballing in back 50. Why? Put others under pressure 8- lack of run to create 9- where’s the big hit. The physical play to put pressure on. A fight at qtr time may have helped. Not a punch but a big bump 10- the bounce of the ball It summed up the day 11- falling over we slipped over 20-30 times versus nil Boots with studs?????? 12- forward crumbers?? Who ?where 13- composure. Deer in headlights 14- leadership. No one took control to hold it together. 15- stop Kennedy Darling McGovern. We knew their strengths. It was a very good year. Real signs of a premiership team. But the prelim was shocking and so disappointing
  2. Preliminary final 0.5/10 the 2018 year 8/10 dessrves to play again with his role again as a defensive quarterback half back. 2019 will be his last year. Let’s deliver a premiership and Lewis 5th!!
  3. Leadership group. Not sighted yesterday unfortunately
  4. Traceable. Tyson Kent jkh Bugg Retired. Balic Vince -2 likely delisting. McKenna Filopovic King Johnstone (re-rookie) -4 Other Delisting possibles (1 of) Bugg Pedersen jkh 7 spots likely available Preuss in draft picks. 38, 50, 56, 74. (Bedford, Lockhart, Hore, Ayton-Delaney) rookie draft pick 14 (taller options) kielty upgrade rookie johnstone - downgrade to rookie
  5. Poor again from Wallace. AFL system ?? Will Hayes is in AFL System with Footscray/Bulldogs. Michael Gibbons will not cut it at AFL level. Josh Clayton has improved but not enough. Tyler Roos is as good if not better. Further players from the SANFL/VFL/NEAFL/WAFL then Sam Collins Werribee vfl Abe Davis South Adelaide sanfl Marty Hore Collingwood vfl Jay Lockhart Casey vfl Mitch Maguire Canberra NEAFL Chris Jansen. Kangas vfl
  6. I have backed Tyson. But after the prelim deesaster, Tyson for Preuss sounds like a fair deal.
  7. Campbell Hustwaite has had an outstanding year. Captaincy has elevated his play. Positives is his strong contested play, run and discipline. Disposal needs improvement so may miss getting drafted if recruiting think he cannot be improved. But realistically he is a definite rookie chance. Nick Smith Swans champ had same issue but has corrected to simply kick the footy without pinpointed style.
  8. Simply yes. Get Toby Bedford
  9. Agreed we LACK real crumbing forwards. Need for this in case Hogan tmcd Weid fail on a day. 1- Still hope for Jeffy Garlett 2- Toby Bedford should come in as next generation pick. Starred for the Stingrays. 3- rookie draft may present an opportunity for a gem Spargo is not the answer. Not great pace. Smart but goal kicking is poor. Tackling 50/50 at best
  10. 25 steps forward 3 steps backwards huge positives in 2018 Contestes footy kings Highest scoring team really exciting found some stars Viney Gawn Oliver delivered finals and found out (the hard way) about finals intensity
  11. Sidebottom is hard to tag. Pla Sidebottom is hard to tag. Played more as a half back/wing role. I think they’ll play Pendlebury/Adams/Greenwood in the centre bounces. Greenwood is shutting down everyone right now. Treloar rotates in. Yes Harmes could tag Sidebottom but we might use Melksham as an option. Don’t discount Pendlebury. He can destroy you still with effective clearance footy.
  12. Tagger Greenwood opportunists fwds. HoskinElliott. Thomas. Stephenson one tall defender. Goldsack one spoiler defender Howe versatile hardworking tall fwd Mihocek Bi polar player. Aish Dangerous Mids. Pendlebury Treloar
  13. Yes if he was free Giants will want a trade but I think we’re all ok for tall backs without paying for one
  14. Pies are a very good side tough. Skilled. Transition through Phillips and Sidebottom. Toughness Crisp Maynard Adams Intercept backs Langdon. Versatile. Mayne Sier Varcoe Skilled goalkicker De Goey Ruck domination Grundy Wildcard Cox
  15. Sorry all I am either excited or shockingly nervous about tomorrow biggest game is 18 years !! Apologies to family and friends watching the game with me tomorrow
  16. Discussed last night. If 45000 public seats available, then for example Tigers get 30000 and Demons get 15000. That’s only 1/3rd of our members. GF seats for the heart and soul supporter is really difficult unless you look to spend $1000+ on a membership. I might do that next year so I can see us go back to back !!!!!
  17. Agree. Respect the past. Make TODAY COUNT GO DEMONS
  18. Fritsch should play for Casey in the Gf. Mfc playing so he automatically should be eligible. Fritsch has mates at Casey and it would be still an amazing experience. I thought he was playing ok to keep his place. Tough call. But Goody knows best

Unbelievable. Thats 600k, 180k, 80k and $1.1m added $1.96million to this years salary cap!!! bazinga who leaving kangas
  20. Classy wingman. Was to be part of Barassi resurgence. Tough times. Very sad news.
  21. You are a star
  22. All done. I’ll miss the long queues and the hot thermos of coffee to get through the night. (Year 2000)
  23. Tyson is a very handy 5th midfielder. Likely to start of the bench. Definitely looks more polished when he takes first options. If he holds it too long, he gets caught.
