The thing the gets me on here is people saying how we really need Dunn in the side but once he is in every one is complaining about his brain fades and are asking for him to be dropped????

Glad to see some people open to the Idea of Dawes down back, worth a try at least. Dunn, Garland and Grimes are done with the MFC. Never been a fan of them they are just players who have a go but fail to have an impact and the current game suggests now you need to have an impact. Vandenberg is a player we really miss with his fierce competitiveness and dash.

He is a big fella that can take a grab and he knows where to go could be the change he may need, worth a shot? Fingers crossed for hurley at seasons end

Prestia would be good but in terms of midfielders needs Jäger Bomb Omeara should be number 1 providing his medical checks out good. We have plenty of hard at it mids we need that Pendlebury/Parker type who oozes pace and 1st class finishing skills!

I mean we need another quick classy midfielder but I'm sure most of us are fed up with T Mac oftenly getting bags kicked on him and Lynden Dunn's brain fades. i think Hurley is mates with Watts?

Can't find the previous Hurley thread but, After not only yesterday's performance, but previous games it highlights we need a power full back. T Mac can be easily beaten by some of the clever power forwards in the Comp and Dunns brain fades cost us badly. Hurley would slot in down back nicely and with the rights tools he can push forward too. He's quick and strong and rarely has brain fades. lets hope Goodwin and Macartney can persuade him?

As I stated earlier, given the previous decade of football we have played has really cost us in membership, big time. We have been aiming at 40,000 for the last 6 years and we seem to come to a stand still. Seems a real struggle given better players coaches admin and now starting to see a few wins dosent seem to be enough for some people. As an MFC/MCC member I'm disappointed knowing that if more MCC Melbourne supporting members joined up as MFC members we may have over 50,000 or at least get around 45,000

May find it hard if there was no real interest in the last trade period. Even if he ended up at Hawthorn I struggle to see him succeeding

Just feel even though Melksham hasn't played a game yet he will offer more skill and pace off HB/MId hoping goodwin will get best out of him?

Given the emergence of Wagner/ Hunt and the return of Melksham next year find it hard to see him getting a game this year unless we get some injuries. Obviously he has his limitations with speed at disposal, seems the game is to quick for his style? Thoughts

As an MFC/MCC member it's still pretty poor we struggle to get 40,000 members I understand the last decade by the club has been horrible, but considering we have a decent following from the MCC members who aren't MFC members is a joke.

Not so black and white Choke, even though they were found to be guilty, and they are individually responsible for what goes into there bodies, they were as a club duped lead to believe that the supplements they were taking was all good.Had all these players known that this was dodgey None of them would have participated

A bit harsh don't you think, Goodwin does have coaching experience prior to joining us, whilst he was at Essendon during the saga he by no means had a big hand in administering or pushing the supplements. Give the guy ago, Melksham on the other hand has shown he has all the tools to become a decent player, only time will tell but we have something to work with, the MFC players from reports love Goodwin as a person and full time coach to be, Ease Up!!

You would think 2016 is the final season at the MFC for both Jones and Terlich. They both have a dip but skill execution lets them down and this day in the AFL you wont last long in the system long. Jones couldn't hold a tackle to save himself was so frustrating to watch everytime he tackled.
