Toumpas is very classy, three more years under Roos and Stone and i don't think it's unrealistic he will be an absolute gun, same with Viney who is miles ahead of him and has the attributes to keep improving, and we all know how promising Hogan is, i don't see how it's that unrealistic?

I wouldn't rule it out with Roos mate, seems like the sorta bloke who wouldn't wanna jump out of a battle half way through, think we will all find that Roos and PJ are around for longer than expected, and this will help as i am sure that the current quality of our coach and CEO would be huge factors that would build towards Frawley signing another deal with us,

I would bet my bottom dollar Toumpas in 3 years time is in the best 15 players in the comp, as will Viney and Hogan, my question is how much better can Wines get, he's already very good but not elite

We should offer Chip a two year extension and a good pay rise, if we haven't improved by the time Roos leaves then he and alot of others will be jumping ship, i think the biggest doubt would be longer term deals so maybe a more short term deal would appeal more to him

Can't see Pedo being much more than a gun VFL player/depth player.

If not he could step into a neil craig role and be directly involved with the list he is building, give the players a little more confidence that his successor has him overseeing for a couple of extra years. i strongly believe Roos will take the third year now anyway and Jade Rawlings will end up taking over.

Jordie is probably our best tackler imo, maybe Trengove gives him a shake, but he makes tackles stick which is important, certainly ahead of Strauss imo

I believe him personally, i think he is in a similar place to Watts mentally, wants to see improvement, know who his coach will be and make us feel abit desperate and add a few extra o's to his contract, until i watched that i thought he was gone, now not so certain.

What i really like about the replay is you can see how dangerous Hogan, Clark and Dawes are going to be, they will love the ball in the hands of Vince, Toumpas and Watts

Have to take my hat off to George stone and Ben mathews, in one pre season we have developed a hard working, hard tackling midfield team that will be very competitive and the individual improvements are fantastic, Trengove looked alot better to me, Jones didn't have to do it all himself, Tyson looked great

Howe, Terlich and Dunn to become genuine guns this year

The thing i have been really impressed with is that we haven't allowed them to put more than a couple of goals on, seem to be able to stop the run on's which has been a huge problem for us

Isn't it amazing what confidence and a decent coach will do? Clark, Dawes, Hogan and Watts all to come back into this side, i bet we are better than a 2 win team now.

Might sound a little bit crazy but i have a feeling Roos might work his magic on Dunn and turn him into a very good player for us, with him and greg-cant spell his name as well as mcdonald and frawley i worry the backline is too tall

Wouldn't mind seeing Dunn play forward to give us an extra target, Howe Dunn Blease King Pederson kennedy-harris

Richmond 83 def Melbourne 66 is my guess, i reckon we will be keen to showcase our defensive game, neither side has any real forward targets with jack out for them

I can't get over how much better our midfield looks on paper, i understand the war is won during games but we have so much more depth, and some real superstar potential

This is the nature of free agency, weaker sides are going to lose players chasing wins or money or both, what matters for us is that we put in 110% in trying to retain chip, if we can't we make sure our compo which i imagine would be a top 10 pick is used well, Tom Mcdonald imo will be a better player in time, but chip will be a big loss if he leaves

I think col has everything physically required to be the equal of a Mark Lecras who i consider to be an All Australian Quality player, but his best games would be that level but nowhere near often enough
