When bailey was sacked i thought, the next coach has a team that is full of young talent, possibly the best up and coming list in the comp, and Mark Neeld has destroyed any shred of confidence and flair they had.

Neeld is trying to save his job, we should be competitive right now, there are no excuses, GWS are competitive on the most part, Gold coast who most considered us on par with are more than competitive do everyone involved with Melbourne football club a favour and move him on.

The thing that annoys me the most is when bailey was fired we were in the hunt for the 8, now we have only beaten GWS and we dish up performances i consider the equal of the 186 and they sit on their hands. No doubting he is talented, i meant that as more of a comment on how well roughead is playing than dissing buddy, but yeah that's just my opinion, if buddy hits any sort of form this year it's going to be a scary combo

Look at Brisbane, that's what playing for your coach looks like you look at us, we aren't AFL standard I understand Brisbane are ahead of us in terms of development but the levels of effort and passion we are dishing up are nothing short of heartbreaking. Under normal circumstances i always watch and hope ex Dees play well if they're at other clubs, Moloney is different, i can't wrap my head around any senior coach being happy for him to walk and trying to defend bringing in Rodan, Gillies, Pederson and Byrnes because we lack experience.

I try not to think about how well Moloney is playing, it's too depressing that he isn't doing it for us

My opinion is we back trenners, jones, grimes and viney as our inside mids thomas and lecras i think would play as outside mids with us, we don't have the depth to play LeCras as a small forward full time, i actually think Carazzo would be an alright target also.

For me Col, frawley and Gawn are the priority, Gawn will be the easiest to convince of all three i imagine but if we could get all three it would be huge, and great for the young players to see blokes aren't just going to jump ship first chance they get.
