GAMEDAY: Rd 07 vs Richmond
If we don't win it won't be pretty. Tigers and Eagles are the 2025 easybeats. Let's win for Essendon !!!

What they're saying down at Punt Road
Wouldn't you My only worry as a Tigers supporter would be Tasmania stuffing up the draft but if they go first pick this year and trade out another 28 year old for a low first they'll be set nicely for a rebound in 2-3 years

Training Ground?
Gov't has a requirement of a "commercial return" on assets. Included in that return in some instances is a "social return". There's a lot of water yet to flow. At a minimum we will need to pay for our share of the ground staff, car park etc etc. Then there is the rent on the admin building. Why would that be subsidised?

Training Ground?
They are the main tenant and the driving force for the complex. Don't underestimate the compromises they will ask for including a reduced ground rent or similar that we will need to make up.

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
We seem to get an injury a week this season. Doesn't explain our woeful year but it's hard to build consistency

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
Hell I thought it might be at Punt Road and was thinking of dropping by but its at Windy City aka Casey

NON-MFC: Round 06
I was scratching my head over that one too
-
NON-MFC: Round 06
Was it pressure or a bad case of the fumbles An almost comical last five minutes supported by the Fox commentator with every cliche known

Tom Fullarton
Jefferson should plead for a go in the ruck plus a chance to play up the ground. If Petty becomes a full time forward Jefferson will always be behind JVR and/or Fullarton.

Time to go Goody?
Finance wise it's end of this season that is the clincher. Not hard to engage a wannabe coach on a slightly deferred salary plan and avoid the "luxury" tax. Last thing we need next year is weekly speculation over the coach. The good thing from a future gameplan outlook is that at least SG is taking the team along a pathway consistent with modern football. Becoming obvious that success requires forwards who can gain separation be they small or tall. Not sure JVR or Jefferson fit that mould. Strangely enough Fitsch does but he needs to improve. Not really expecting much from 2025 but I'd be happy with tenth just to upset the Bombers

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
Nice to win against Freo Let's do the same against Collingwood and I can live with 2025

GAMEDAY: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
It has been a long time

CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
After expecting so much from a strengthened Casey this has been a woeful performance. At least in previous weeks you could see the germ of a gameplan. This week it was back to the boundary style of previous years
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
He does get it a lot but I'm yet to see him do much damage with the ball. Saying that he's tracking better than Woey and Brown
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Perhaps we train too close to the Storm. We seem to love the up and under kick
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
So many missed opportunities
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Jefferson doesn't have much of a game below his knees
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
A Glimmer ??? Fritsch goals
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Almost some Roy George magic in an otherwise overcrowded forward line
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Out hanging the clothes on the line and just back in time to see GWS goal twice
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
The corridor play of recent weeks is absent from the Casey game. They're looking a little disorganised
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Continually handballing to a player under pressure
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Not a great start
-
CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Noah Y omitted... sad Roy G appears but not listed as an "in".... well he is a chameleon !!

NON-MFC: Round 06
Miss that headband. Had to confirm it was him Expecting more from H Reid. Looked like he wasn't in the centre for that final bounce. Entertaining game between two cellar dwellers
