Tom Fullarton - back up ruck?
Has anyone analysed his 2023 vfl season for Brisbane? Thanks

Petty Re-Signs for 2 Years
I'm guessing that TMac has called time. He's had a wonderful 2024 and surprised us all but to go out on your own call is a great thing in this game

NON-MFC: Round 19
Beg to differ 3-3 won't cut it Dogs have a superior percentage and three teams now in the eight have the benefit of a drawn game

If we lose today we will fall off the chase badly. Lions winning does us no favours

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
Got screamed down on the main boards for asking such a question. Told that the possible tall forwards were better use of the list spots than a back up (break glass) ruck such as Bell

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
Wasn't his day. I would have played him solo inside 50 but he played up and down the ground with the massive packs

Take Jack Bell. Clearly better than our stand in AFL rucks but he only gets a game because fullarton is in Perth. Why would he commit to Casey Frankly I'm surprised he was there today

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
Not sure if I have ever watched such a boring game. Lost in the first two quarters and then a mistake filled second half. Hope the showers are hot

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
The penny dropped with me this week. It's the camera height angles that make VFL look so congested by comparison to AFL. That being said the VFL is still becoming a crowded product full of massive packs. Tholstrup is a good example. In the VFL in recent weeks he rarely found space but at AFL level he does. Definitely time to reduce the number of players on field to 16 at VFL level

Wildcard Weekend
Wild but I like it Have not heard that solution for the bottom 6 before but with some tweaks would work well. Of course the big clubs would hate it (Blockbusters etc)

The Run Home
Agree but we need the money... it's a relatively neutral ground and we avoid the Suns in Darwin. The rain last Saturday night killed what should have been a big crowd/pay day for a home game against Essendon
