Went to a VFL match at Frankston a few years back. Lovely ground with a view of the Bay framed by tall pines. The local crowd though.... Luckily myself and other Demon supporters were on the other side of the ground. Definitely sounded as though they had well imbibed beforehand

Tend to agree Geelong would make an absolute fortune with dynamic pricing and their stadium deal. In reality it's the MCC who are stopping it with their indefensible finals lock up. A bit like F1 renewing Monaco GP until 2034

I doubt it also GWS maximum support is 10k. Doubt that Hawks travelling support exceeds 5k As I recall GWS v Dogs in 2016 attracted 16k (I could be wrong)

A knee [censored] reaction to the top 9 being decided at the mid season bye. Hell let's have a top 14. I'd prefer a big prizemoney Europa cup type comp open to teams outside the 8 at the mid season bye. This would allow the bottom teams to pick their best sides for that comp while the higher teams have to keep an eye on making the 8. A $2M prize to the winner (funded by a State Gov't such as WA in return for hosting the final)

Contract length.... I'd like two years but that probably wouldn't fly (perhaps 2 years with KPI's for an automatic third). Just hope we don't go four or five years. We always seem to give one or two years too many. For KPI's I think a finish above 12th place would be reasonable. What other KPI's would supporters want? Would you include soft KPI's as well as hard ones. Hard to express it but I'd like to see one about the team being good to watch.
