The softeness is so entrenched in this clubs culture I don't see how it can be changed now. Just look at the fact that we hired Bailey in the first place and drafted half of the guys we did. What we are also good at is ruining the potential of a lot of good young players.

One thing I've learnt is that VFL form for senior players is misleading and irrelevant- eg bate, j Mac, newton.
